i been to this location several times but in recent months the quality of service has gone down dramatically. On a previous occasion I arrived home to find half my order missing on the next i received the wrong food. I ordered fried wantons but received spicy boiled wantons. This last indecent that happen yesterday is the end for me. I called in my order as usual and when I arrived there was one person ahead of me. It was taking a while because one person was taking phone orders and counter orders and taking care of the carry outs. After a few minutes the line behind me was 5 or 6 persons long. At this point he takes the order of the lady in from of me and begins running her credit card when a Caucasian gentleman comes in walks past everyone to the front counter. I replied I did not know there were two lines and a man behind called him out to which he replied that his order was carry out. I replied so was mine the man behind says his was carry out also and someone else nodded their head that their indicated agreement. The man apologized and step back and when another man came from the back to the front of the line told him theirs was only one line and all of us standing in a line were first to which this guy replied sorry. But then the guy behind the counter finished running the credit card and the lady stepped away and i stepped up. At this pint the guy behind the counter looked at me then at the two guys who broke line and ask them what would they like. To which they replied hey she was here first. I mean at this point I had been standing second in line for ten minutes, I was in the restaurant when only one other person was in line and he acted as though i was invisible. I am ashamed of myself for just paying for my food and leaving. I pretty much new the reason behind all of this because I have experienced it at other Chinese restaurants and like those I will never go there again. This kind of things happens all too often. My money is good enough to pay only if I am treated like a second class citizen. PS: they tried to give me the wrong order the tickets somehow got mixed up. If you decide to go always check your bag...
Read moreEverytime I visit this location, I have witnessed large amounts of egg rolls sitting in a deep fryer basket at room temp. for who knows how long. The owner will dunk them back into the oil whenever the orders start to pick up, thinking no one is watching. This place is overdue for a city inspection. THE MENU IS INACCURATE Their version of CHOW MEIN IS SERVED CHOP SUEY STYLE with cabbage, onion and some kind of white, gelatinous broth, along with a side of rice and fried wonton strips. The menu description states it comes with rice and noodles which is misleading. They do offer several versions of PAD THAI, but none are authentic. They use a tangy, tomato based sauce with tastes similar to Satay sauce. PLEASE REVISE YOUR MENU SO THAT PEOPLE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE ORDERING Also, they have a young Gen Zzz male taking orders from time to time. He has poor social skills and not someone I would want representing my business or dealing with the public. He's has a smart mouth, lazy communication skills, lacks respect and seems unfocused and...
