If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would. I work in customer service too so I know what it’s like to be on the other side of the counter and this is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. There is an older lady that works here, I didn’t catch her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag but first of all let me just start by saying she clearly is MISERABLE at work, it just shows from the second you walk up to her. Second, when I ordered my drink I was trying out a different combination and when I told her what it was she straight up said “EW” like what?!? I was honestly baffled by that reaction because not once did I ask her for her opinion on the drink that I AM going to drink. I’ve also seen her not help other employees out when they have a line of 6-7 people at once, she just stands there doing nothing or she leaves them on their own to figure it out. That’s a lot of pressure on other people and I guarantee they won’t last there working with her. I’m not really one to leave bad reviews but I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this same Starbucks that I just completely avoid it at this point. I would rather drive to a different one even though this one is closer to me. I hope corporate sees this review and makes a change because the behavior from that individual at this Starbucks is...
Read more2/17/25 7:20am: My experience at this location was like dealing with children trying to hide something from you. I ordered a cold brew with no ice online and when i walked in the duo working lied to my face and said they dont have any. Then proceeded to stare at each other, make nonverbal communication and poured me 1/2 a cup of "cold brew". I mentioned that its not full and i have no problem getting a refund. The older woman gave me a mean look and filled it 3/4 full this time while saying "you are getting twice what you paid for". (If i can order it that way online with no extra charge, whats the problem? 9.9/10 i get a full cup when ordering no ice without having to ask). When she put the cup on the counter it almost fell off and she laughed. Seemed intentional and was not funny. I took a sip and it tasted worse than watered down regular coffee. I got a refund and wasted 30mins of my morning going to a different location. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR....
Read moreThere is one guy that works the drive through here. I feel like his name is Jacob...? He always makes my visits here a pleasant experience. Then there is this one lady named Amy. She is very brash and obnoxious. I think it's just her personality. She can be funny sometimes but I can tell she rubs other customers the wrong way whenever I am inside. Not all customers are the same and she should be careful. The coffee as always is great and so is the waiting time etc. Its important to remember that one employee can make a person change their mind...
