I went there for the first time. I have had Boba and rolled ice cream plenty of places. The atmosphere was meh, no music could barely hear the TV, the tables were not wiped down the customer service was meh you get a hello and that is it no involvement with the customers. 1 employees was socializing with a friend the whole time the other was trying to fix the yogurt machine BTW almost everything was put of order my daughter was disappointed. The Boba was not good and I love Boba it was very slimy not how it should be. I seen another family come in were very disappointed by the service and by the yogurt machine having barely any flavors. I paid 33.63 and it was no vibe and not worth. I have had rolled ice cream in VA and the ambience cx service energy is great. I have had Boba plenty of places in Charlotte and this was the worst. I came here today with my two sons and husband. Words cannot explain how much this place exceeded my expectations. We ordered Mango Tango, Dubai Chocolate, and Gulab Jamun ice creams. The Mango Tango was rich in flavor, the Dubai Chocolate tasted perfectly like the real chocolate bar, and the Gulab Jamun had a perfect texture and was so fun trying! However, what really made this visit so pleasant and joyful was the worker. She was working alone, a brunette teenager, and while we ordered a lot, she worked at a fast pace and made the experience fun for our kids. She welcomed us right as we walked in the door and wished us a good night before we left, really showing how much she cares. I give this place a -0/10 i ordered 2 rolled cookies and cream cups for my children instead of the manager training the employee correctly on how to properly make the order he instructed the worker to make a regular 1 cup serving and split it into 2 separate orders so my children received a cup full of whipped cream with a Oreo cookie on top with 3 1/2 rolls even the employee making the order asked the manager if he made the order correct because it didn’t even fill the cup like the picture is advertised. The manager is very rude and unprofessional with his remarks after i asked him was that how the order is supposed to look. So be aware that this place will cheat you on your portion size if you order 2 of the same ice creams....
