We've been shopping at the Target in the Rivergate shopping center in the Steele Creek area ever since we moved to the Carolinas almost 13 years ago. The close by convenience is great, but this store location is very well run too. Always very clean, organized, well maintained, and nearly everything is always in stock on the shelves. Very rarely are we not able to get something because it was out of stock, with the exception of during the peak of the COVID pandemic, which everyone was having trouble keeping items in stock. Prices are competitive with other places such as Walmart and such, but I'd rather pay a small amount more to shop at Target than to deal with Walmart chaos as well as the high probability of them not having something in stock, which happens alot at Walmart near me. Staff at Target is always friendly, knowledgeable, capable, and will always stop what they're doing to help, instead of quickly trying to get rid of you like at some places. Having a CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, and Pizza Hut inside is a wonderful convenience too. Grocery shopping is good too. I prefer to grocery shop elsewhere but have done so here with no concerns. Outside the facilities are clean and well maintained as well, and there is plenty of parking that is well lit and safe. I've never had any concerns with my safety here at Amy time of the day and have no concerns with my wife coming here alone either. Overall a great place to shop that will provide a great...
Read moreWent in to shop today the produce section looked like a tornado had just been thru it. Look bare and empty. They didnt even have tomatoes of any kind. I finally saw and employee putting out some produce and ask him if they had any oranges he said yes they were in the back and continued to work. Been in sales and managment my whole life and if we were at the Target in Stonecrest that employee would have went straight back and got some for us. The pricing was crazy. They had itmes priced at 7,29 on sale for 7.89. It was like that throughout the store. The meat we purchased didnt even have a price on it. There were tons of back stock buggies just sitting in the isles. My wife even orders on line for pick up and about 1 out of every 3 have either missing or wrong items. My favorite was the ears of corn that had a white creamy substance dripping off of them which was very visible in the packaging. I spoke with the manager Lindsey when I told her of my concerns you would think she would say sir let get those oranges for you I am sorry. But all we got was she was going to check the price discrepencies. So you can see where the customer service comes from. We have been going to Stonecrest for about 12 years and this store does not even compare to it. This is more like a slightly upgraded wal mart with less products. Will never shop for food...
Read moreToday was the WORST experience that I have ever received at this location. The worker "Markus" at the Pizza Hut area has the worst customer service attitude that i have every seen in my life. When I walked up to the register to order a couple of pizza's i noticed that there were not ready yet and I placed my order and this Markus person came over already with an unpleasant attitude and said "there will be a 15-20 min wait" as if to discourage me from placing an order. I said no problem I can wait until they are done. So i waited patiently in the dining area and when 10-15 mins past I got up and saw that the pizzas were done and saw this Markus person box them up and instead of getting my order out of the way and handing me my pizza's which i have already placed and been waiting for he is going to assist another customer instead. Its his entire attitude that was totally disgusting !!!!!!! I did go to guest services and to the manager there about his attitude and i really hope she tells this workers manager about his behavior and they really re-train him on how to deliver World Class Customer Service or FIRE him and hire someone who has a better attitude. I hope this will be passed on to upper management so that they know how there worker really...
