Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Charlotte

• reply to response: Oh i have contacted chipotle but that does not change the response and what is done in the restaurant. I also just tried to do an order in store and tried to get extra of the free items and was told they would then charge me extra. They are literally making up policies as they go. The order i just got from them was filled with almost nothing but white rice. I paid for double meat and their wasnt even the right amount of that. Again ask for extra get filler material.* First for the photos the ones showing much less food are when asking for "extra", and the one showing significantly more are when just asking for each one without "extra". I never ask for spinach either or fajitas mix. They constantly and almost always shortchange you and get the order wrong. Chipotle management seems to make their own corporate policies as they say things such as "we have to charge extra if it doesn't fit in the container". They are cutting costs and padding their bonuses it seems. They refuse to show how much you are supposed to get and weigh it, and their proportion sizes vary significantly even at the same location. They fail to even put in hardly any meat. I get a lot when I don't ask for "extra", but when I specifically do they skimpy and put even less than when not asking. Not sure why I keep giving this place a chance when I’ve been served spoiled streak and cold chicken before but today I tried to order from the chipotle app. I ordered 3 hard tacos, as the app said it was available. Note: there were unavailable items like the honey chipotle chicken clearly and appropriately marked as unavailable. I get to pick up and they gave me flour/soft shells.

There was no attempts to communicate that they were out of hard shell tacos or even a cancellation on their end. I only found out at pick up, no note, no attempts to tell me. Just allowed me to (almost) walk out knowing what I have isn’t what I ordered. I went back letting them know that I ordered hard tacos and they just said “we’re out of hard shells.” No offer for a refund, no offer to change or customize what they gave me, just looked at me like I’m out of luck. No concern.

I’m trying to stay within a certain calorie limit, and they have no idea if my diet would even allow me to consume flour tortillas or not. But they just took it upon themselves to do whatever for the sake of marking an order completed for sales I guess. Regardless it works for the customer or not. I wanted a refund and they tried to give me a free entree credit as if I would risk trying again, but no, I wanted a refund. Now I’m out of time on my lunch break, out of money for said lunch break, and no food. Super annoyed and hangry lol....

I have not been very satisfied with the service I received recently from chipotle. I have visited this one several times and never know if only online orders are accepted until I am actually there. Went there on a Friday evening at approximately 5:00 and there was a sign on the outside of it that said online orders only. I placed my online order from my car then went in to wait for it. Usually order the very same thing each time so I watched my food was prepared and notice that it was not being made properly. I asked for extra protein and $4.20 for two bowls no lettuce on one and extra cheese. When my order was finished I went to the Shelf to pick it up and inform the staff that I observed my order being made and it was not made properly. One of my orders was not made correctly with the extra protein I ordered. The counter clerk opened my order and proceeded to give me extra protein in two little cups and then I was told that they could not do anything else. My other order specifically said no lettuce and when I got home it was lettuce in that bowl. Both orders were missing ingredients no salsa and no grilled peppers and onions as well. I will never ever order again online from this Chipotle or any other chipotle. The whole concept of this establishment I l i k e d because you can actually see your food being made . when they don't pay attention to what you order online it's like oh...
