First and last time coming to this location, by far THE WORST STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE EVERRR, and at that, it's my birthday. Came in for my Birthday reward. I don't have the app but have the email that states I have a Birthday reward on this date and it's supposedly uploaded into my account. I access my account on the internet and the reward isn't showing up, shouldn't be a problem though right? Wrong. First and foremost, NO ONE EVEN SPOKE TO ME WHEN I CAME IN, NO ONE. 3 employees and not one greeted me and stood at the register for a good minute before anyone came up. Shameful. Then the barista wasn't even friendly, didn't even say happy birthday. She asks what I want and kept implying that she needed to scan a barcode to redeem reward. I'm explaining to her I don't see a barcode and don't know how to access and basically asked for assistance from someone else that may know what they're doing. I'm going through and trying to figure out what and she's basically impatient, like tapping the computer and looking around, rude. She doesn't at any point grab assistant for help as I requested. I almost just walked out and was going to go to another Starbucks at this point. I mean come one, it's my birthday, and it shouldn't be this difficult. So she somehow gets someone to make my drink. The person makes it and never once even says a word to me, just places the drink down and walks away. Unbelievable. I basically said aloud, thank you and thank you for speaking. Nothing. I walked out. Drink isn't even taste that good and it's just a frappe, has an aftertaste like something is old. Never, Ever again. And thanks Starbucks for throwing a cloud on my birthday, I'm writing a review when I should be enjoying myself.
RUN as fast as you can away from this place, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Corporate, please do something. This is despicable and deplorable behavior, and awful representation of your brand...
Read moreThis is literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My business relocated down the road so I started coming here every morning for the past 3 months. They get my drinks wrong literally every other time. None of the workers seem to know what they are doing, and if you physically come inside, forget it you will wait 10-15 minutes for your drink once they even acknowledge you because they prioritize the drive through and ignore those in line (as you see in so many other reviews). The woman with the hoop nose ring who seems to be the manager or at least the shift manager could not be more rude. She is just horrible. She also insists my drink be up charged $3.50 more than I have ever, in my 9 year history of daily Starbucks trips all over the country, been charged even though I have communicated that it is incorrect. Now she gives me so much attitude that I fear my drink will be spit in. You’ll see many other reviews about this dreadful location. If you can help it, go elsewhere. The workers here couldn’t care less and have zero idea how to be a “barista,” and again as you can read in so many other comments - they all have the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen. Starbucks has definitely definitely declined in the past few years. It’s equivalent to McDonalds at this point, maybe even a gas station in the ghetto. Time to switch my habits,...
Read moreI’ve visited this location for the past four mornings while in town, and up until today, my experience through the drive-thru had been pleasant. However, this morning (at 7:01 AM), I encountered a very disappointing interaction with a drive-thru employee named Susie.
When I placed my order, I didn’t clearly hear her question about the specific type of matcha drink I wanted, and when I corrected my order at the window, it seemed to visibly irritate her. Her demeanor was cold, unfriendly, and unprofessional, she rolled her eyes and made no effort to be courteous. At no point was I rude or disrespectful, so her attitude felt completely uncalled for, especially that early in the morning.
While I understand mistakes happen, there’s no reason for a customer service interaction to feel so unpleasant. I’ll likely choose to go inside moving forward to avoid another experience like this. I was genuinely disappointed by Susie’s behavior and hope this feedback is taken...
