Horrible, terrible, sloppy, lazy and incompetent and very unprofessional customer service. First, I am the only person in the drive-thru there is but one car in the parking lot if for some reason it took the lady 5 minutes to ring up my order. Second, when I pull up to the window the staff is arguing with each other about God knows what. Third, the cashier looked like she could care less about her job sounded like it, look like it and acted like it. 4th, I was given the wrong order and I sort of knew that it was the wrong order because I get the same thing all the time and she gave me the wrong price. So after I pull out I pull off to the side to check my order and sure enough..... It was wrong. 5th, I drive back through and tell the same person that they rang me up for a number one when I wanted a number 4 This is when I was informed that the number 4 which is spicy chicken tenders that they were out of spicy chicken tenders. This would have been helpful 30 seconds ago when I placed my original order. This is a failure of management to not only have the availability of the chicken tenders but to inform the staff that there are no chicken tenders. then I'm told that they can give me just non-spicy tenders at this time I am a little frustrated but I say sure. Then another discussion is had with the shift supervisor and some dude and they are going back and forth as to whether or not they can serve me the three lonely tenders left. 6th, then the girl tells me that they only have three tenders left but if I just pull over to the front they will drop a new order for me. By this time I have spent and wasted 20 minutes of my time I just took what was left and drove off. Here's a question: if they had the tenders to Cook for me then then why did they not have them ready before. This Church's Chicken is probably the worst I have ever seen! This job is not rocket science It's not brain surgery. How is it that Chick-fil-A processes thousands of orders per day and rarely gets anything wrong does it with a smile and with excellence. but churches can have nobody in line and it takes me 10 minutes to get a wrong order and then five more minutes to correct it. Embarrassing! I wish I was a billionaire because I would just buy these places just to fire most of the people that work there. attitude reflect leadership and it's obvious that most of these fast food restaurants the management isn't worth $0.02 and their employees aren't worth one sent because no one enforces a standard...

I was car #6 in the drivethru at 11:45am Saturday, and it took just about 40 minutes to reach the window. Ordered 3 sandwiches and one XL fries. Pulled away and discovered I only got 2 of the 3 sandwiches so went to the door which was locked and they wouldn’t let me in and motioned me to walk to the drivethru window [which I think is illegal] and was told it would be five more minutes for my missing sandwich which they would bring out to me. No apologies for their oversight or making me wait even longer. I was neither unpleasant nor demanding - actually was the opposite towards them. Drivethru girl was pleasant enough but, again, no apologies for anything. It took 8 minutes to come out to me but now my other food is approaching 20 minutes old. Called the store but they don’t answer it. Fries were cold, limp, and soggy, and the massive XL fries box had the equivalent of one large and one medium order of fries in it - def not $6 worth of fries. It was about 1/3 full - could see big areas of the bottom of the box of fries. Sandwiches were ok but were now cold due to the time I had to wait outside and the 10 min drive home. Buns were burnt - not dark but actually black. Took pics of all of it and am going to reach out to the district manager since they don’t answer their phone here. I only spend my money where I get treated respectfully, and thanked for choosing to spend my money there.
I’ll update what becomes of it. As of now, I can’t...
Read moreSo I had an extra hour before and interview and decided I wanted Churches. I parked and attempted to go inside but it was locked. There were about 10 cars in line so I joined. The line was .ovonf insanely slow, but I felt I had time to get my food and be on my way. I get to the microphone to order, and no one says anything. I figured they're busy.. After 10mins of sitting at the mic to order, I hear, "Come up front." I asked, "Pull up?" Another 10mins, no response, so I pulled up. I get to the window and they say a random price. I replied, "I haven't ordered yet, I was told to come to the front.' The guy looks at me crazy and gets the manager. I told her I was told to come up front and she gives me a smile and says, "No one told you that." As if I'm making it up. Anyways they take my order. Another 10mins goes by and I'm now 10mins from my interview time. 50mins there so far. Two different people approach the window askong where the rest of their food is because it was missong. So i simply asked, "How much long do you think it will be?" The manager starts going off on a rant about "Well if you would have ordered at the mic then!..." I stopped her and said, "Just give me back my money". I understand people maybe short staffed, but lack of customer service and lack of being prepared says a lot about any business. 50mins of sitting in line for nothing but rudness, and seeing two different people ask where the rest of their food was while the manager replying to them as if it's the customer's fault the store got the order wrong....
