I went to this location on Friday 2/23 at 6:30pm. Came to pick up my online order which I've done so many times!! We have eaten at this location for years either in the restaurant or more recently a lot of pick-up. When I got to the store they couldn't find my order and the girl behind the register said she remembered making it. Then a young male came over and looked at the pick up rack and said you already picked it up. I was like no I didn't that's why I'm here right now to pick up my order. He said well maybe a family member came to get it and I replied "no" that didn't happen it's just me and my husband and I'm here to pick it up. He then said maybe you placed it for delivery? I said "no" that is why I'm here to pick it up. I said do I need to go to the car to get my phone so I can show you the order and he said yes. So I go out get my phone and show them the confirmation of my order and again he says well sorry you picked it up. He didn't offer to remake it, didn't offer to have me talk to a manager just sat there with his hands on his hips and said sorry you picked it up. I said I didn't pick it up - I asked if he checked the ID of the person that picked up said order and he was like "yes" which was an outright lie. I said if you would have checked the ID you would have known it wasn't the same name that was on the online order! I've never been treated so rudely and accused of being a liar and trying to cheat a company out of a meal before. I asked for the Manager who wasn't there so they had me talk to the line Manager and after explaining the situation he finally agreed to make my bowl again. When I got home the bowl had hardly any meat and none of the ingredients I asked for. I asked for the store managers name and number and when I called it it was a "false" number - just some random guy answered the call. I submitted a complaint on the website and 4 days later I still haven't heard from them. I called the store today at 3:30pm and nobody answered and it went to Voice Mail which said the mailbox hasn't been set up yet so I couldn't leave a message. This is un-excusable and the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. I will never be stepping foot in a Qdoba and again and I will be sure to let everyone I know of this bad experience and hope they agree to never go too one...
Read moreThis just happened: My son ordered a burrito, and chips and queso. As he was eating the burrito he realized there was not guacamole and he loves it. So I went back to request a side of the missing guacamole in a very low voice to avoid any disruption and a very nice boy was trying to help me when a lady who i assumed should be the manager or the leader said with a loud and very rude voice “give her a big side of guacamole” and she said “you already has your order right?” And she put my receipt in the trash. I proceeded to tell that i also would like to buy a side of queso and she charged me for it, but when he gave me the side of queso it was the small one so i asked how much was for the big one and then again loud to let everyone around know what was happening she said “oh please give her another medium queso” and she added “i can’t with people like this”… I decided to stay quite and she added more “next time you have to say if you want it medium or large” i couldn’t hold it any more and i told her “i am the customer and next time you should offer me the size options and a good customer service” I have to say poor boy that got in the middle of her bad actitud and customer service, he should have felt bad. Read moreAbsolutely disgraceful! Wasted my time driving there just for you to lie to my face and for me to pretend to believe it. Like I really believed it but I was better off walking away without you getting any more of my time or money.
I made an online order at 9:26pm, more than a half hour prior to closing time. Which also showed that my order would be ready at 9:36. Less than 10 minutes i arrived at the store. Was told that they weren’t aware of an order. They “checked in the back” and came back to me saying they don’t have one and that if I had a confirmation email then they should have it. I could tell he was lying but I didn’t care. The store was still open for 20min but they didn’t even offer to take my order and fulfill it and then figure out where my original order went. Long story short, I received an email at 9:33, prior to me returning to my vehicle saying that I received a refund/adjustment. The store cancelled my order just so they didn’t have to make it and then lie to the customer’s face.
