sorry guys but I must be honest in my review: I am an italian recently moved in the area. Believe me, in Italy we know how a good gelato looks like (I mean for a third of these prices...). Let me explain something to you: if the gelato is fresh, daily prepared, is soft and creamy and you do not need to spread it on a "cold stone" to get it creamy. The only reason you may do that is to soften an old one. This is what I normally do with a supermarket ice-cream coming out of my fridge... I do understand that here prices are higher but...wow...you cannot ask that money for a very, very standard gelato, not even really fresh. At this point I prefer to buy my gelato in the supermarket and save a lot of money, quality is similar. Do not get fooled by toppings, colors and whistles...the ice-cream has to be good, the rest doesn't...

Very rude customer service. Website was not working properly so I called in to order a cake. The associate over the phone was so angry that I was having troubles with the website and said a lady bought two cakes same day and had no issues so I asked her to try it so I could have her understand I was not the issue. She attempted and it didn’t work for her and so she asked me to come in person to order. Why treat a paying customer like that when your website was not working?

The ice cream cake I bought for my husbands birthday was very disappointing. He said it tasted good but I paid $27 for a cake that was barely 6 inches across and was supposed to feed 8 people. 8 regular sized people or children? Way overpriced!!!!!!!!! The cake was sliding off the foil when I picked it up and the Happy Birthday writing was smeared everywhere! I didn't have time to complain at the time but will be stopping by the store this week to show pictures of how awful it was. I will never buy from this ice cream...
