Simply a first-rate burger experience every time I've been here, period. I love coming here, and not just for the food and drink but also the customer service and store environment. The place was recently renovated so the seating areas look even more inviting and the lighting seems improved. Every time I place an order and later receive my food, I've been treated with enthusiasm, courtesy, and zest. The orders I've placed have always come to me accurately, and the usual Five Guys cuisine attributes apply: delicious hamburger meat than can't be beat, fresh toppings that can be customized, crispy and tasty fries in helpings large enough to share, and two Coca-Cola freestyle machines that allow an astounding drink variety. They recently added milkshakes to the menu, and the ones I've had have been thick, flavorful, and delicious. All well worth the price. The dining room's always been well-kept, and I always see employees taking steps to keep it looking great (wiping tables, sweeping floors, washing windows, etc.) while I eat there. Plus, since it's Blakeney, sometimes it's just fun to people-watch while you're dining....especially from the back patio tables during warm weather. Two thumbs up for Five Guys...

OLD review WAS WAS WAS a good restaurant, completely different now.
New hours open at 12:30 afternoon which is very late for lunch. Door was still locked throughout the day. New customers can't get in unless they are noticed.
Especially unhappy with my order. Two different times this happened. Ordered large fries but medium portion instead. Unless you got a new policy where they put less fries than what they normally gave couple of years ago. Because back then, they gave a fair amount for medium and A LOT for large. Not anymore. Nope.
Burger was missing toppings. Got a half slice tomato, small piece of lettuce, they forgot to put hot sauce when I did request it in the burger, Fries lost their crispness and mainly soft potatoes. Oh and all this, they raised everything by a dollar more than the original prices a couple years ago. If you're are gonna charge more, aren't you suppose to increase the quantity and quality as well? No? This place went downhill greatly. And unfortunately it's the most convenient spot for me too. I won't be back for a really long...
Read moreI’ve eaten at this location on several occasions and always had a great experience. The staff are typically upbeat and friendly, and orders are always correct.
The service, whether taking out or dining in is always super efficient being served in minutes. Five Guys has the feel of a higher end fast food joint and also has the price tag to go with. If four of us head in there we’re typically at almost $40 and that’s without drinks.
Their menu is limited to burgers, fresh cut fries, grilled cheese and hotdogs, though that’s their thing —you aren’t going here for a healthy choice salad with kale and spinach, you’re going here for taste of goodness with lashings malt vinegar.
There is plenty of seating inside the restaurant and some tables and chairs out back which is cool. They have one of awesome Coca Cola drink fountains which serves everything but the burgers themselves.
Parking is plentiful immediately out front and in surrounding lots. It’s not obvious from the main surrounds roads but is nestled in the south east corner of the Blakeney plaza.
Always tasty, always a good experience and always up...
