Okay, I will start off by saying that I tried for almost 25 minutes to place my order online. However, due to unknown passwords in password can't be repeated. I gave up and tried to call the store.. I was put on hold immediately, and eventually I was transferred to a call center clearly somewhere overseas. I spent the next 23 minutes ordering. One large pizza. I ask for it to be supreme style with no black olives and add banana peppers on one side. I later found out that they placed an order for a Hawaiian pizza and took off the pineapple. Between the 2 attempts, it took me almost 45 minutes to order this pizza and I paid merely $32 for 1 large pizza. I had the pizza delivered and when it arrived you will see below what I received. First, noting in the video that it was completely uncut. Basically, the edges were cut only. Also, if you look closely at the picture, you will see that 1 side of the pizza has nothing but banana peppers on it and the other half is just wrong altogether. So to say that I was unhappy would be quite an understatement. What came next was 2 days of feeling like death. Because possibly of the pizza, I am not sure. Needless to say. A couple of days later, I went to the store that it was purchased from Anne requested. My money back was helped by a young man named Hansel And he was extremely helpful, very understanding and apologized. Well, he gave me my credit The last thing that I want to note is that I was unable to get the same price Uber the phone because it was an online order discount only. My experience has caused me to not ever want to eat dominos again however it needs to be said that a company of this size should never have calls forwarded to overseas call centers. That is ridiculous and you need to keep it in the USA. People have to deal with the spam calls, telemarketers, and other telemarketer, all day so the last thing we want to do which is one of the most American things to do on a Saturday night which is order a dang pizza and we don't want to talk to Jhain overseas who has most likely never even tasted a pizza in his life and somehow he is holding the whole dinner like a hostage unless I can speak his language. Give us a break. Cut your overall profits down like a Christmas tree before you lose all of your business over this kind of stuff. People will understand having to hold on a Saturday night to get a pizza. Get with it. Your business lost my business but you better get it together for the others. With all that said, Hansel at the location was...
Read moreI've been coming to this location for the longest I can remember. I came in today and ordered a medium pizza for my son who loves Dominons, the young man who took my order was nice. After I paid he said it would be 25-30 minutes I said oh man I should called it in. Ok, are you shown before he said yes the young lady with no teeth in her mouth started yelling at me and said you don't see all these orders we have on the broad, I started I work here how I am supposed to know that? She began to yell at me telling me to get out!! Or she would call the police on me if I did not leave now. The young man who took my order came from behind the register got in my face, and started yelling in my face. It was unbelievable to watch. The toothless lady kept yelling me at to get the hell out of the restaurant or she would call the police. One of the guys making the pizza had to step into the situation to refund my money and he kept apologizing for their behavior towards me. I've never in 40 years ever experienced anything like this in my life. I am still in stock. I know people go through things. But, when I walked in she was lying on the counter on her phone. Just unbelievable. I do appreciate the other guy for stepping in and apologizing for their behavior. I hope this gets to the manager or owner of this...
Read moreThe customer service honestly left something to be more longed for. I looked up at the TV where you can see your orders progress and it said quality check... I just kind of laughed because I'm looking at the guy who just threw my boxes around (literally tossing it around with my pizza inside) and didn't even see one person check it... Once after this I recieved two small boxes with no bag as if I'm expected to eat the food outside and not have it in my car... Not expecting much because it is just a Domino's. But to be frank, I regret giving a Tip. It really isn't that much effort to run something through the oven so it's not like they're working hard or working at all for that matter with how the crew acted. I regreted even giving tip cause there was no customer service at to boot.
Lastly, the employees wear no gloves on there hands, what's really annoying nothing covering facial hair, hats off.
This was an impression to say the most I can, my opinion is this is a pretty uneventful bland pizza store, Just goto Marco's or Pizzahut or Papajohns. 20$ can get you more than this trash with pizza size...
