Dunkin' — Restaurant in Charlotte

I ordered some donuts and an iced coffee with no cream or sugar. My bag was missing one donut so I asked for it as I was being handed my iced coffee. I waited for my last donut and then left. I didn't notice the iced coffee was wrong and had cream and sugar until I was already on the way home, so I didn't bother going back to have it fixed. I just won't drink it.

I wanted to check my receipt to see if it had been incorrectly entered to have cream and sugar and realized they'd never actually given me one.

The donuts themselves were fine, but this is the second time I've gone to this location and there's been a slight order mess up. Another time I received a Bavarian cream donut instead of a Boston cream donut. Easy mistake, but I'd been craving a Boston and didn't realize the mistake until I was a mile away and one bite it.

Oh well.

i had high hopes for this new location - especially being that it’s very conveniently located to me.. i started going before the grand opening, and more often than not, there has been an issue with my drink and/or food. unfortunately, i don’t think they pay attention to what the order actually includes, so if you upgrade your drink for example, you get charged all the upgrade fees associated, but none of the actual upgrades (i.e. extra flavor shots, extra espresso shots), i have gone back more times than i can count at this point to have them fix my drink after getting home and realizing it’s not correct.

My favorite Dunkin in Charlotte by far!! Bostonians LOVE OUR DUNKS!!! This location NEVER DISAPPOINTS!! They are SUPER FRIENDLY AND POLITE and the manager will go the extra mile for you!! Most days she is helping out at the drive thru!!! I go almost everyday so they already know how I order my coffee and it is a GREAT DD COFFEE. When my grands are with me I order food and donuts and never had a problem with my order!! If you are visiting from up north or relocated as I did and want a great coffee this is the location you want!!!!!
