DO NOT bother with expecting good service if there is any kind of a problem. I ordered via the Baskin-Robbins app, & it said to allow 48 hours for pre-packaged quarts of ice cream. When I arrived, & even after confirming the address, the person at the drive-thru window said that there was no order and that she knew she was right because she was the assistant manager. (I guess that makes a person omniscient.) After briefly scanning a screenshot of my confirmation email, she said the problem was that I had ordered on the 31st, and I had only 24 hours to pick it up. I said the app said to allow 48 hours, & the email said the same, that it would be ready at 6am on the 3rd. She then got on the phone, (supposedly with someone at BR) to check it out. Meanwhile, another employee proceeded to ask me about it. I told him about the 48 hour wait, etc., when the assistant manager loudly told the person on the phone (and I quote), "She told me 24 hours, but now she's telling him 48." I politely corrected her. She said, "No, you told me 24." "No," I said. "I said 48." Huffilly, she said, "No, you told ME 24." It was all about the tone she took. It was extremely rude. Especially towards a paying customer. I looked at her, pointed, and said firmly, but still civilly, "Do not call me a liar." She told me not to be disrespectful. I repeated not to call me a liar. She started to argue, & since by then I was fed up with her and her attitude, I began then to sarcastically agree that of course I was lying over something so stupid, something that was in the email I had shown to her, HAD she actually bothered to read it. Anyway, she walked off once she realized that her assistant manager status held no sway over me, & the other employee had by then realized that my email said the order was supposed to be ready by 6am on the 3rd, as I had said. He then very graciously gave me my ice cream, without all of the drama his co-worker insisted on perpetuating so early in the morning. Luckily for us all, I will NEVER shop with the 6768 Albemarle Rd. Dunkin Donuts/ Baskin-Robbins again.
(Btw, the assistant manager in another negative review's photos bears a strong resemblance to the one I encountered during my visit......

Read moreFirst off, please excuse my grammar mistakes. I was very disappointed in one of my favorite Dunkin’ shops today. I had been to this particular store on multiple occasions and have never had a problem. Today, however, I ordered my drink on the mobile app, like I normally do. I go through the drive through and pick up my order and once I’ve already made it back on the main road, I tasted my coffee and it was not what I ordered. I look to see what the sticker said it was, that they normally put in the cup, but there was no sticker. I go back and the employee asked me what it was suppose to be and went to “remake” my drink. After about 3 mins of waiting for what I thought was a simple drink order, the employee returns with a drink. I proceed to pull out of line and before I make it out of the parking lot, I taste my new drink. It, again, was not what I ordered. It had a sticker on this cup which said “DoorDash Delivery” and that it, to say the least, was not mine. I went back through the drive through, yet again, and told the employee. She, once again, took it back and “remade” my drink. I tasted the 3rd drink before I left the window. It was for the forth time wrong but I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work. I’m hesitant to...
