This place has transformed my life in so many positive ways! It is a gym where everyone and skill level is welcome. The trainers (I've worked out with most) are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and dedicated to helping you reach your goals. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, they meet you where you are and push you to be your best. Over the past four years, I have gained strength and muscle, lost weight, and built confidence I never thought possible. The trainers and environment at QCT accommodates people with all levels of fitness experience. I have been participating in the morning group classes and they have absolutely whipped me into my former college athletic self. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, and I feel like although I'm in a group setting, I get an individualized experience based on my goals. I really appreciate how much ive learned here as well. Its one thing to go get an awesome workout, but to actually learn about different muscle groups the exercises that correspond with them have been great for me when I have to workout outside of QCT.
