Absolutely outstanding experience at Evasion Lounge in Charlotte! From the moment we arrived, the vibe was on point—classy, energetic, and welcoming. Our server, Lauren, was phenomenal—attentive, personable, and truly made our night memorable with her top-tier service. The entire staff ran the space like a well-oiled machine, turning over tables efficiently while making every guest feel seen and valued. I also had the chance to speak with the manager, who was open, professional, and clearly passionate about creating an exceptional guest experience.

What really stood out was the security team—they were incredibly attentive, communicative, and respectful. Their presence added a level of comfort and professionalism that didn’t go unnoticed. From start to finish, Evasion Lounge delivered excellence. Can’t wait to return—and bring more people with me!

Honestly 1 star is being generous. They deserve none. Made a reservation online, arrived a few minutes early, there was no host at the stand when we entered the building. It was busy so cool, we waited & 20 minutes went by and not one person came to greet us or attempt to seat us.

Multiple workers looked over at us and the line of people behind us & not one person came to help us. For this to be a newer business the customer service is horrible. It didn’t even look like there were any tables open but online had multiple reservations available so clearly it’s inaccurate.

We ended up just leaving because no one ever came to seat us when we had a reservation and was early & on time for it.

Would never attempt to go here again. Poor management and poor customer...

I went to celebrate my Birthday on Saturday evening and everything, from beginning, was AMAZING!!💜🔥🔥🔥 A wonderful inviting atmosphere!! The Owner and staff was soooo friendly! Service with a smile! This helped make my Birthday Celebration with my Guests EXTRA SPECIAL & absolutely Memorable! 🥳🥳🤩The ambience was AWESOME! 🔥 The music was the perfect backdrop to an excellent evening!!! The food? Absolutely delicious! My guests loved everything they ordered! They are still raving about what a great time they had! The VIBE was EVERYTHING!🔥We are spreading the word to our friends and like me?
