I would say just be careful here. I did get the truck that I wanted but not necessarily to deal or the condition that I would expect from any dealership. After spending a few days attempting to make contact with somebody, I finally got through by reaching out on Facebook. This is after unanswered and undelivered or bad email address posted online for contact forms. A deal was put together and due to our distance from the dealership I was putting trust into their vehicle description, condition and even in the numbers they had. After getting what I didn't consider a very good deal through their financing we were able to get our own financing from our bank with a much better deal. At that point the price for the vehicle went back up from a price they had give with their financing and warranty. We continued on with the deal because it was the truck that we wanted ultimately. After getting the truck home, while we love the truck, their are just a few things that I felt could have been better disclosed or handled differently. Examples are tears in the 2 different seats not pictured well, all but no detail work done on the vehicle, a single broken key, and a few other small issues. When it comes to the detailing, it was very disappointing. The truck had trash in the center console among other things that made it obvious that detailing work was not a priority. Before even leaving the lot, the door was locked behind us after being told the broken key should be fine and we should just order a new one. Now one day after having the truck we are stuck trying to re- supper glue a key together just to have a key to operate the vehicle. This seems like an important part of selling a vehicle. Overall - we got the vehicle that we wanted so I am trying to remain positive but still disappointed in the service and conditions.
Just beware!!!
REVISED -
As we keep finding things that really are disappointing in this vehicle that we can't even use since it doesn't have a working key.... Not detailed Broken Key Torn Seats No Gas Broken Sunroof Short in Back up Camera Rear Defrost Doesn't Work Bad Front Rotors Still attempting to stay positive but it's becoming more and more difficult. Obviously the online response from this dealership proves my point as well. "We took $2000 off" ... so figure it out on your own. Let me just say this. The original deal that took $2500 off because It was their financing and warranty brought the vehicle closer to NADA pricing to begin with so I sure don't feel like the $2000 off I ended up with should justify a FIGURE IT OUT type of response. WE CAN'T EVEN USE THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T EVEN CARE ABOUT A...
Read moreThis seemed like a great dealership the shopping and buying process was stress free and very easy. The problems come soon as i drove it off the lot i purchased a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee, didn't even get 100ft off of the lot and one of the lights on my dash came on. I turned right around and went right back to see what it was and they said it wasn't a problem nothing was wrong and to bring it back next week if the light stayed on. The following week i took it back and they said they couldn't figure out the problem and that it shouldn't disrupt my driving because it was the passenger airbag light. Another few weeks go by my brakes start to feel funny so i go get my brakes checked out as well as my oil checked and it's back to normal. Another 2-3 weeks go by and my oil light starts flashing even though i just got my oil done but, it only flashes when I'm going less than 50 MPH or in park with the car on. So I take it to get looked at and the mechanic says I have fresh oil and that it's just electrical problems. That very same weekend my engine gives out and basically it's 4000-5000 to get a new engine or to get one rebuilt.I called up to Mat and I get the same answer as all the other bad reviews which is pretty much handle it myself. This is a terrible car dealer they just want there money and don't care about the customers getting decent cars. It's no coincidence everyone has electrical and engine problems. Please drive pass this place and choose another...
Read moreI truly wish you could give zero stars because this place deserves just that. I went to their lot today and was absolutely floored at the POOR customer service I received. The hours on their door said they were open today until 7 and the open sign was on, but the door was locked. I should not have to call a car dealership, while ON the lot for someone to do their job and give me information on a car I had full intentions of wanting to drive home today. So, when I called, the man I spoke with (who was currently laying on their couch) informed me that they were just about to be closing but he would help me. When he came to the door, he did not even come out of the building, instead leaned out of the door. I couldn’t even tell you his name because he did not introduce himself. I got the bare minimum information on the bmw I was absolutely living at the moment and was willing to over look the EXTREMELY poor customer service this guy was giving me. I asked him to unlock the car so I could see the inside. When I got done looking at the interior I was REALLY loving it and was wanting to test drive (considering the fact I was wanting to purchase it TODAY). This man went back inside and I did not see him again, and it’s not like I could go inside considering the door was locked. If you want poor service then this place is for you! It’s sad because I truly loved that car and was...
