I purchased a sectional sofa August 2021 with Sales Associate Alexis Serrano. She was very helpful, professional and patient with our search. I rate my experience with Alexis 5 stars, she is great at her role.
Unfortunately, the next month the motor blew out on one side. Best advice I can give when purchasing at Rooms to Go is purchase the furniture protection plan, stay away from motorized furniture and be consistent with your communication.
Repairman assessed and confirmed what needed to be done around October 2021. I called to confirm the next service date and I was told the part would be sent to my home, then I have to call to schedule service. The part was back ordered and didn’t arrive until February 2022. Service commenced March 2022 and the wrong part was sent to my home per the service man. I contacted customer service and was told the part was discontinued and I would have to get the replacement model sofa.
Thankfully, I was able to communicate with Susan who was professional, concise and so helpful. We met in person to ensure I would be getting the right furniture and was able to confirm the part that needed to be replaced. Delivery of new part happened in March but the color and fabric was not the same. I was frustrated by this all and didn’t understand why I wasn’t being given an entirely new sofa since the one I originally purchased was discontinued. Susan remained professional, informative and proactive despite my frustration. I am now scheduled to receive the replacement model sofa May 2022.

I came in looking for a couch and she immediately listened and caught the vibe I was looking for after just a few comments I made. We looked at them one by one and she took every word I said into consideration and we were able to narrow it down to just two styles and ultimately the one I ended up buying. She was so pleasant and made the entire experience so stress free after I walked in assuming it would be a bit of a hassle. I asked about the financing and she gave me all the information I needed and gave me multiple options to choose from, including the option for a downpayment and told me about the differences in price options for financing. My couch showed up perfect and after getting the app I was able to receive live updates to my delivery time which was so helpful as I had to pick up a friend from the airport the same morning.
