**Updated review, after posting this and leaving a message for the owner I was promptly called back and assured that the vouchers would work and that if I did prefer a refund they would gladly accommodate that as well. I greatly appreciate the owner reaching out to me personally and still having a strong involvement in his day to day operation. Upgrade rating from 1 star to 4 stars.
Normally have no issues with this location, but this time was just awful. Ordered my sandwich with small modifications (no onions, add peppers) and on rosemary parmesan bread.
First time I got it it had onions still on it and had jalepenos (asked for banana peppers). Asked for a remake and then when I go it the sandwich was made on the wrong bread.
Spoke to the manager and didn't get made told him I understand that we all make mistakes so he gave me 2 vouchers for a free sub, but never offered to refund me my money on the current purchase. He did offer to make the sandwich for the third but I declined as I was over it at this point.
So I leave and as I look at the vouchers they gave to me I noticed THEY EXPIRED 2 MONTHS AGO!!!
I call the store and the gentleman who answers and says he's a manger is very short with me and says the vouchers will still work even though it is clearly stated on the coupon in 3 locations the expiration date. So, I question this but he says they will work regardless of the date and rushes me off the phone.

I asked if my food was ready they said yes we just got done. The employees stated “ why did you show up early, you know you’re what your pick up time is right, then that is when you need to pick it up” The manager said nothing to me or the girls. I was the only one in the place, they had nothing going on and for customer service it’s a good thing they got it done early. I cannot believe they allowed there employees to talk to customers this way. It was not that big of a deal I could have waited if they did not it have ready. I walked over to the store since it’s 1 parking lot over which I was trying to avoid since I am working from home currently & was handed my order(I assume the dasher was also handed my order due to it being behind the counter). When I gave my name he stated that my order had just been completed, which was puzzling because what order did you give to the dasher…. When I got back home my order was not modified at all after I told them in the notes section when placing my order how I wanted it made. I am livid!!
