Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Charlotte

DO NOT EAT HERE. I came in to pick up an order for my daughter which was not made correctly. Cashier immediately says, well it’s made now so your total is. When I said I was going to call and verify with my daughter? She says well we can’t change it now. I replied if she order it with extra pepperoni you can make one with extra pepperoni, she says no we’re not as am walking out to make the call. Gentleman who took the order approaches as I walk back in says he took the order and thought it came with extra pepperoni and he was going to remake it now. Ok so I pay the cashier and stand off to the side as there are no seats. Cashier takes two more orders and walks to the pizza line in plain view of me. Here’s the reason to NEVER eat here. She does not wash her hands, put on gloves, use hand sanitizer or otherwise. She places her hands in a brand new just delivered to the line bag of pepperoni and starts topping pizzas. I stand there mortified and in shock as I realize none of the workers are wearing gloves and one has been handling money and another cardboard on the floor. I call back and ask for a manager. No one responds. Cashier looks at me gives me a very nasty look as she displays her hands all over the crust of a pizza. I call out in front of the whole store to hear that it better not be my pizza she has her money handling hands on and hasn’t washed or gloves up. She shows me she throwing the pizza away but is mumbling to others in the back and others are telling her wash up and get up front. She comes up and starts handing money again looking at me all sideways. I tell her she can stay mad but that is a serious health risk and she needs to be sanitary. All the while she is telling me I need to stop talking to her or this and that. I tell her she needs to go home and never work in food service again. Someone comes to retrieve her and basically has to force to the back as she is now threatening me. I ask for the manager who has been aware of the entire situation all along as he was one of the pizza makers watching her place her dirty hands on food and simply sent her back up front. I took the pizza and threw it in the trash. I’ll never go back no matter how much my grandson likes the place. There are no sanitation standards in place at this joint at all. So if that’s important to you, don’t go here. Just straight nasty and disgusting service all...

Everything was OK with my order. I did a mobile order so I can pick up something quick for my son so I can head to work. And mind you, it’s a mobile order so you’re able to do Tips. I never have complained about any restaurant or anybody because I just don’t get bothered that easy. But today was the day that really made me want to write a review about this particular store upon getting my order there was someone in front of me, Hispanic male getting his order, and the African-American cashier kept trying to talk to him in Spanish, as if making fun of our language. He kept responding an English to let her know that he speaks English. You can tell the Man felt frustrated. Just to get things straight I am not a racist, but put it in in your eyes. What if I was to do a Haitian or Jamaican accent, and talk to you knowing I’m HISPANIC . Unless, customer really can’t speak English. Then yeah go for it! help them! but don’t make fun of our language the way you were doing it to me and the customer in front of me.

When it was my turn to get my order, she did the same thing with me, but I didn’t pay no mind to it. Until she was ready to give me my order, she shoved a little bucket in front of me and says we are ACCEPTING tips today. AND SAID I split my tips with everybody in the back for cigarettes . I understand everyone works hard for their money, but dang...

Do not recommend this little ceasers. My husband, myself, and my sisters came to order a hot and ready pizza. Got our pizza and left, went to qt to get drinks and eat it . I pick my second piece up, go to bite and see a white hair baked into my pizza slice. So we go to take it back to try to get a refund or another pizza and they say "nobody here working right now has white hair, idk where that came from."

I have black hair, my husband is a red head and my sisters are brunettes.

So she called my husband a liar. Chick calls the gm and they also say it can't be replaced or refunded because there is only one piece left and that also nobody there at that time has white hair.

Does not matter weather or not it's the last slice or that nobody has white hair that's there... It's out right disrespectful to call someone a liar and refuse a refund or cuatomer service all because "there is no one with white hair here".
