We were very excited to switch to this company, initially. Once Josh stopped coming for his walkthroughs, service became TERRIBLE. Weeds growing ridiculously tall (like hip height!), services skipped, the communication from the office to the field was also lacking as one time we called to see when to expect the team & the office told us no one was coming... before hanging up they pulled up into the parking lot. We installed pea gravel with them and were promised maintenance to keep that area looking nice - ha! Didn't happen.

We all understand how COVID made things harder, but you all could have at least done an amazing job when on-site. Your customers should not have to grab employees and point out hip height weeds to address & entire patches of the lawn missed - especially after having multiple conversations with upper management regarding the condition of our community. The way services are going at the end of this contract...

We are so happy that we switched from our previous lawn care company to US Lawns! I have seen their trucks out more in the last month than I did our previous vendor in the last six months. The crews are kind to my residents, mindful of the property and take their time doing things right the first time. McKenzie is incredible. She helped me walk my community and get a short and long term game plan together for needs around the property. She understands there is a budget and works within those boundaries. She helped me prioritize our list of needs and what would give us the most bang for our buck. 5...

Arbor Village is writing this review as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Alex Savino and the US Lawns team. Anytime we have ever had an issue or needed emergency work done, Alex has come through and saved us!!! I commend the prompt service, great work and outstanding prices/bids given by US Lawns. Great service makes your customers feel that your care about developing a long term relationship that means more than just making a sale. I recommend this company to anyone/company that needs landscaping....
