Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Charlotte

I order a double pepperoni pizza. And if you're expecting it to look like the one that's on the website is advertised please don't. I paid an extra $5 for double pepperoni and when I got it it looks like a regular pepperoni pizza. So I called because this has happened twice. The explanation that I got was we have been told to keep an eye on our portion consciousness. My thoughts were you could at least make it look like what your advertising I have this wonderful Marco's pizza box that has a picture of a pizza covered and toppings and then when I open my box I see mostly cheese and a pepperoni here and a pepperoni there after I paid for double pepperoni. This from what I'm told came down from management. So Marco's Pizza, this particular location anyway. If you're going to slim down on the toppings at least have the pictures on the website match what you're actually selling. I tried to handle it with the place but unfortunately I just got brushed off like most customers do. I added a comparison of what's on the website to what you actually get. Mind you once again this is double pepperoni. Smh. Customer service at it's finest. Food is getting more and more expensive and services getting worse and worse. Make it make sense. Stay...

I only order out from this place Tuesday are the best with there BOGO deal can’t beat that. We have been ordering pizza from this place for over a year here. Use to order from them when I lived in FL as well . They seem to always forget to put my dipping sauce that I ordered extra in the boxes . Really makes me mad . Order yesterday and they forgot them . The week before the pizza sucked ordered a specialty pizza and it looked a week old . I write a review every week to them in my email chain with them . Never fixed one problem I’ve had. Their pizza is good most of the time that’s why I keep ordering from them. 7/10...

I have been driving by this place for a few months, and was reminded of that when I recently stopped at a nearby store. So I dropped in for lunch and decided to get a 6" Italian sub. I assumed I had ordered a typical cold sandwich so I was a little surprised when they handed me a bag with something hot in it! Oh well, I thought, I'll try something new! Other than it having a few too many peppers on it for my taste, it was an excellent sandwich. That makes me want to come back to try more from their menu. My only real complaint is that there are two horrible Walmart steel folding chairs in the small waiting area....
