Super Chin Chin — Restaurant in Charlotte

We had a favorite Chinese restaurant that was just too far to drive to after we moved. Found Best China over by Harris Teeter so we were going good there and they were decent but wanted Chinese on a Sunday and they were closed. So we tried New Chin Chin. IT IS BETTER THAN OUR ORIGINAL FAVORITE PLACE. Every time we go it is consistent. Hot and ready when we pick it up . I see all these comments about customer service and all I can say is they are nice to me everytime I go in. I am polite and they in return are the same. So maybe the people on here complaining are rude and they get that in return. I personally care mostly about how good the food is and they get an A+++++ . Be nice to the people who...

Went there last weekend and it will be my LAST!!! There was a centipede bug in my son's chicken and broccoli. He said, "mom something is crunchy", then started gagging as he pulled out a bug. I immediately took the food back and the man said it wasn't a bug, clearly it was! He acted as if he didn't want to refund my $11 order. I has ordered 2 eggrolls and a large chicken and broccoli. He said he'd return the chicken and broccoli only and the eggrolls we'd pay for, since we ate them during our ride home. I couldn't believe it! A bug in the food, a trip back to the establishment, and your concern is about 2 eggrolls that we're ate....

So i ONLY i repeat ONLY go here !!! This family is CLEAN!!!! And the food is AMAZING! My family loves this place. We love the red sauce they make in house. OMG its a wonderful sauce! I get 2 large cup of it and put it on everything lol. Anyways this place is great. I seen rude comments on here here and there but guys they Are HUMAN people do have off days sometimes.
