This is not the first time this has happened. I asked nicely. Please only put a little bit of mayonnaise on my sandwich, please and they take the hottest sauce that they have available on my sandwich but even before that the girl at the window, I give her $100 bill And she says oh we don’t have that much mon ey. I said well I only have big bills. I’m sorry she doesn’t give me change and then I get this hot, hot, hot sandwich, cake, and mayonnaise and whatever hot sauce that they have. I just wanted a chicken sandwich with cheese with a little bit of mayonnaise Like if you don’t like your job that much I know you don’t get paid that much then give it to somebody who does need to get paid. He does care about their job you obviously don’t. This isn’t the first time I’m just gonna have to keep giving you bad reviews now because it is Cause every time I go there I’ll wait like a month after something like this happens and I’m like man I’m so hungry. I’ll just eat here and then something like this happens and it’s not just with this place with everywhere. Everybody is so disrespectful and has no manners or common courtesyand you can’t even speak English barely once again I take the time out of my day and I’m gonna take the time out of my day tomorrow to wreck your day because you...
Read moreI pulled into the drive through last night and patiently waited for about 5 minutes with no word from the drive through attendant if they knew I was there or would take my order anytime soon. Another car pulls into the 2nd drive through and her order was taken a few minutes later. I talked into the mic a couple of times over the next few minutes asking if anyone could hear me.
After a total of about 10 minutes of waiting not a peep from the crew, I drove around to the window and began to explain the issue so I could place my order. Nita, the manager, offered no other explanation except that she was short handed. I can understand that, but that's no excuse for not saying anything over the mic while a customer waits for 10 minutes. They could have at least let me know they would be with me shortly. The crazy thing is that Nita said I would need to drive back around and go back through the line again. She said she couldn't take my order at the window. That makes zero sense to me. My understanding from Nita is that the GM's name is Julianne.
Julianne, if you're reading this review, I suggest taking a close look at the people and/or process problem you have at your restaurant. I can tell you I won't be back and I imagine if others were treated similarly they might not come...

They have four touch screens where you can place your order along with table tents with numbers. You can simply place your order by using that and grabbing a numbered table tent. And your food will be brought out to you. It's really quite cute. However, if you're anything like me, you'd like to see your food be made so you don't end up with stale or cold food. I ordered from the kiosk and stood there and watched the food be made, I knew I was handed stale food because I saw the employee pull my 10 piece chicken nuggets out of a drawer. I also ordered a burger but the bun tasted like it was frozen. I assume the biscuit warmer/bread warmer was broken. Either that or it was just plain laziness as usual. I took the nuggets back to get fresh ones. While waiting on those I started on my burger and wasn't too happy with it either. I wasn't too keen on seeing friends playing around with one another. One was an employee, the other was a patron. I mean what can you say, it's McDonald's. If it wasn't for the atmosphere, they would probably get two...
