I drove up to order at the window at 12:58 4/18 because the window attend who was also taking orders had taken the order of 3 cars that came up after me, I could not get her to answer me at the speaker even when she wasn't taking an order, so i pull away form the order menu stand and immediately she greets the red truck that pulls up to it right after i pull forward.
I can hear the children making their order from the back windows I'm guessing because the father couldn't speak English that well but the children could. unfortunately the attendant couldn't get their order in and ask them to pull up to the front window so that she could take their order there
I'm now at the window and I tell the attendant that I tried to get her attention but she took the order of three cars that came in after me. the attended said she couldn't take my order at the window.
Even tho she just told the kids in the truck that are behind me that she couldn't understand them and to come order at the window.
I of course tell her you just told the red truck behind me to come to the window to order why can't you take my order?
she said they were not allowed to take orders at the window and left to get a manager
the manager tells me that i have to go through the line again to order my food because they can't take orders at the window.
I told the manager that only the cars on the left side we're getting service and that three of them showed up after me and got their order taken almost immediately on that side while i wait to give my order but i didn't even get that far when the window attendance interrupted
and said: im only one person working 2 lanes going back and forth back and forth
she might have thought she was going back and forth but she was only talking to the left lane the whole time in fact she tried to take the order of two cars twice they had to tell her that she already got there order in.
by this point I'm frustrated and I look at the manager. i tell him: so your not going to take my order at the window but your going to take the order of the truck that is behind me at the window?
he does not answer me and I asked for his name because I'm going to pull off to the side and see if you take his order and then I'm going to put in a complaint he laughed at me and said im not going to give you my name.
once he laugh and didn't give his name i looked for a name tag neither the window attendant or him had one.
I did in fact pull off to the side i wasn't going to fight with this manager who wouldn't give me his name and hold up everybody else's food and ordering. I watched as the red truck pull up to the window and started to order their food before i left...

Today I was given the wrong order at the drive thru. The drive in line was way too long to wait in it again, so I went inside to get it corrected. No one helped me. I finally spoke to a person passing out counter ordered meals. He said, âReally?â then turned around and went on about his business, never looked back and never notified anyone else. 5 minutes later, I caught someone and asked for help with my order. It took a full 10 minutes to finally receive my original order - except it wasn't correct either. They handed me my food while turning around and never gave me my drink. I'm diabetic and can't have regular soft drinks. So I went over to the drink dispenser, dumped the mystery drink and filled the cup with Diet Coke.
We all make mistakes. My order is regularly wrong at this place. Never been a big deal. I get it corrected and go on with my day, but my issue is that no one took it upon themselves to make sure it was corrected. Everyone was running from the task like the plague. Everyone (except the gentleman who took my credit card) was surly bordering on rude and reeking unhappiness- like woah. It was packed with employees but no one was paying any attention to me while I stood at the side counter obviously trying to catch someone's eye. When I did get help, they acted as if they were doing me a favor. Customer service here has always been spotty - some great employees, some not so great employees, but today it was a universal thumbs down. I found this not only off putting and insulting but a huge time suck as well. Maybe the current atmosphere has something to do with the "help wanted" sign in the window. Basic customer service training is needed for all employees not just the person who takes the orders and the money.

Excuse me , I ordered no cheese please, I'm told I had to take it that because it called a sausage egg cheese McMuffinđ€ Now I know , you know I do not have to take it like the picture, you build my McMuffin on the special sticky ticket saying NO CHEESE.... there was Lil face, Lil mumble take the bag back, disappears out the window, suddenly appears with the bag , with a here, no cheese. I ask did you just scrape the cheese off?? You did remake my McMuffin...right?? Told yes , no cheese, closes window, it's the same bag, ok bag not incorrect, but for the wrapping of the New Remade sausage egg NO CHEESE... WAS THE SAME WRAPPER!! The McMuffin was so hot , fresh, ya know ya know, she lied not realizing the cheese has melted on to wrapper and the "cheese" side of McMuffin smelled like cheese..đ¶ I took it, really not wanting to be late for Dialysis it's 5am for God's sake... still delicious, just not the 100% Customer Service I'm accustomed too at 5am, she must have been new... I contacted the Franchise Owners Placard for any comments, complaints... Well no howdy there from the Franchise Owners , like they don't care because they know as Adults we love the early morning 5am Hotness Goodness at 5am, that morning someone didn't leave home at...
