Unfortunately, I had forgotten about the issues that I had with this exact same McDonald's before. Standing directly in front of the cash register, after the person in front of me had gotten their order. I attempted to place my order. The cashier in front of me pointed at the kiosk and said "order there". Then she proceeded to walk past me 3 or 4 times as I tried explaining to her that I would rather order at the register, because I had issues with the kiosk. Didn't matter, she completely ignored me. After waiting for someone else to come over, another employee just pointed at the kiosk and said order there. There was a manager, who I later found out was the supervisor who was in hearing and seeing distance, while all of this transpired, who completely ignored me as well. I walked back out to my truck and was pulling out when the manager walked out to the trunk of his car. I pulled up right next to him and he told me that he was the supervisor and not the manager. I explained to him what had occurred and mentioned that the people working there had absolutely no earthly idea what customer service was. He didn't offer to try and fix the problem and/or the situation. Someone from the crew offered to go pick up lunch and I asked them not to go to that particular McDonald's. Misunderstanding me, they thought that I wanted them to go there. Ordering 6 double cheeseburgers from the 3.29 mix n match menu, should have come to 9.87 plus tax. They charged them $16.74 instead. It just continues to get worse and worse. While waiting for my prescription to be filled, I decided to stop by this particular Mickeydees and grab something to eat. The inside was open, so rather than wait for the drive-through; which already had 6 cars in line, I decided to go inside. I counted 5, maybe 6 people working. One other customer came inside shortly after me. After standing directly in front of the cash register for approximately 10 minutes, if not longer and all staff members(including the manager) completely ignoring me, even after making eye contact with them and generally trying too let them know that I wanted to order something to eat, I walked out in disgust. If you can't handle a minimal amount of business, then you shouldn't even bother opening your doors. I've worked in the food industry for a number of years and this was nothing but an abject disaster. Not once was I acknowledged, even when making eye contact and addressing at least 2 of the employees in a cordial manner. This was a complete and total failure on behalf of the management on hand and the franchisee as a whole. If I could give less than one star, they would receive the lowest ranking possible. Totally unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. If you don't know how to manage your staff, or manage the business, then find another job. I Love McDonald's... Most of us may feel the same and we can probably agree on that. I have grown up with McDonald's being the place to go to and enjoy a burger with fries the same way as when I was Kid. I have taken my kids to McDonald's all the time because I want for them to have that same feeling later on in life also. I would love for that to eventually become one of our Family's tradition for generations to come. This McDonald's has been ruined by the very bad and rude employees that work here. Everyone always has a nasty attitude. Whether you make an order inside or going thru the drive-thru it is the same. There is no sense of proper customer service here. My guess is that no one here has ever been trained properly how to be a real McDonald's employee. The Management is not experienced and have no clue what is going on. If they do, then they like to act like nothing is happening. Whenever you complain, they just humor you and nothing is ever done about it. No one here is held accountable for their actions. That has to change. Everyone at this McDonald's needs to be retrained or fired immediately. I am very sure and positive there are may teenagers or true adults that would love to have their jobs and greet people with a true smile. Why would you greet everyone with a nasty attitude as if you never want to be at your job...? Especially at McDonald's. If you are not happy then move on. The drive-thru is very slow; always. The employees in the drive-thru have always given the customers an attitude and very nasty and bad customer service. The orders are never taken correctly hence the orders being wrong. That is a no brainer. The food is nasty. The area around and inside the McDonald's is very disgusting. There is no quality in the place, environment, or the customer service received. There has to be a change in management and their employees As Soon As Possible (A.S.A.P.)! Please! "McDonald's" is supposed to be a national icon, a place for Family and Friends to gather and enjoy a traditional burger and fries. It is a place where one should actually be greeted like you are always welcomed there, no matter what race, national origin, ethnicity, sex, or gender you are, or political views you may have. It is not a place to be discriminated at and be treated like trash. No place should ever be allowed to exist and be treated like you are not wanted! What in the World is that???! Is that what McDonald's Customer Service has come to??? Tradition needs to be instilled and discipline has to be enforced. For the generations to come, please stop this madness and make a change not only at this location, but throughout McDonald's as a whole. GOD Bless those who believe in life, liberty, and the persuit...
Read moreHad a terrible experience trying to order breakfast with my girlfriend from Juanita the manager. Went to the drive through and ordered hotcakes and a chicken biscuit sandwich which cost $2. After pulling up to the first window there were no employees and the lights were off so we pulled to the second window. The manager stated we had to go inside to pay or drive around again. I argued and told the manager just to carry my card to the register cause it's less than 20 feet away. The manager out of spite tried to charge us for our biscuit. Our coupon stated that we could get a Biscuit Sandwich between $1 and $3 for free. The manager Juanita stated that we could not get the chicken biscuit with said coupon so we changed to a different one and the manager tried to charge us for it. After arguing to get a refund the manager slammed the window closed mid conversation. After getting our refund I attempted to reach out to the store to get in touch with an owner or operations manager and Juanita answered. After trying to leave my number with her (I asked her to read it back to me and she asked what it was again cause she didn't write it down) I will be following up to try and get a better resolution. Juanita is a terrible manager, is rude to customers when she makes mistakes, and will try and overcharge you out of spite. Think about it. This was such a bad experience I drove home and was still mad enough to tell you ALL the details about how bad Juanita is as a manager. I'm just saying, I wouldn't ever go here knowing that if you have an issue the management will not make any attempt to correct it or take responsibility.
UPDATE 2ND BAD EXPERIENCE 1/17/19:
Our first time back since the other bad experience and this is how it went.
The woman at the window took four cars orders before switching to take our order. The woman was rude and ignored us when we asked why it took so long. after that we asked for a manger and the employee threw a fit and finally got the manager. The Mexican manager was rude as well intimidate saying that she was going to get fired for discounting the meal after being rude to us as well. Back to back rude experience. I contacted McDonald's corporate complaint and left a complaint for the owner and never heard back. This business is garbage and we are reporting our experiences to the BBB.
Update:
We went one more time the same manager was there that is rude and our food was bad and we were not...
