I recently moved to CLT from San Francisco and was genuinely concerned I wouldn’t be able to find good Boba. Well, Milk Cha Cha didn’t disappoint! Their premium teas and non-dairy milk alternatives set them apart from other Boba spots in the area. Try the rose oolong as a milk tea with boba. I’m craving it just writing this review! Bonus points because the team is always so sweet to my daughter & she loves the decor.

Tried them again and I ordered a mango tornado with strawberry boba and the girl tried to give me a strawberry boba and I was like no it’s mango with strawberry boba. She looked at me like I did something wrong and made another one when clearly the receipt and order said what I ordered. 😂 humility should be a requirement in customer service

Why is my mango slush like water consistency? I asked for a tornado and for more ice and this is worse. Infact they get worse everytime I go. The first time I had a great experience but not anymore. For $9 you sure do keep wasting my money. I think I’m done giving chances. Not to mention like the other reviews have also noted the staff is very rude. I think the owner is actually one of...

Went to this location for the first time. It was hard to find because of the location and hard to find parking. There were also no public bathrooms, which is fine. And barely any room to sit and enjoy the drinks. The customer service was decent. I was looking forward to trying the drinks at this location. Got a strawberry milk swirl, it was okay. The ratio of the fruit to milk was not good. They also only offered one drink size. It just tasted like ice and milk, and the boba was the only sweet thing in the drink that made it decent.
