Office Depot — Local services in Charlotte

I was extremely disappointed today with the Office Depot at s.blvd and Kingston ,this has alway been my preferred location. However, I needed materials copied and with barely no one in the store still I had to wait without the associate not even acknowledging my presence. In addition to having to ask her if there was anyone that could help me. I can understand being busy with copy work for customers but I was also a customer. Then the only other associate was helping the only other customer there besides me. It seems like they didn’t want to be bothered with me. So eventually I left and went to the Office Depot past Home Depot. The costumer service is the worts i’ve ever experienced, I need to print and laminate something so they send me to the website and after i when to the website i set everything up it was giving me an error to print it, so i asked kaila for help which it was denied “i can’t help you, do it yourself on the website”…. So i left and got help from e friend…. Went in just make a few color copies from a USB drive and was told I needed to drop it off for an hour. I spoke to the manager and was told that they were busy and that was the reason why but this store is never busy. I will never bring my business here again. The customer service was awful. Employees there act like it takes a rocket scientist to access a USB drive. Manager got an attitude when confronted about this. I'm a general contractor with an office in uptown charlotte near this place but it looks like I will just have to go somewhere else since USB technology and color copies are a thing they can't...
