Main drawback is food very very unprofessional and underaged as the chef isn’t giving his 100% lacking of authentic flavor and way of presenting the dishes with its true flavors is a nightmare at this location. Biryani rice has no flavor and salan isn’t tasty while raitha is salt less and tandoori items original way of presenting is worse ( ordered tangdi kebab but I got drumsticks with creamy texture malai flavored one’s) that’s how it lacked the original tangdi kebab flavor I was disappointed by the chef’s presentation of the dish. I had a disappointing experience at this Indian restaurant. The food was quite bland and lacked the rich flavors you’d normally expect from Indian cuisine. To make things worse, the customer service was a complete letdown. When we pointed out that our order had been taken incorrectly, the staff showed no willingness to correct it or even explain why the mistake happened.

Food was fresh and perfect quality. There aren't many restaurants in South Charlotte area which does this and this is my personal opinion but this restaurant satisfied all the check boxes and I hope they maintain the same quality throughout. I did a take out and didn't really had a chance to review the service but the people at the reception area are very friendly and welcomed with a warm smile!!
