I am so, so thrilled with my engagement ring! I've been staring down at my ring finger every few minutes since we picked it up yesterday. If you want a custom piece made, Abraham Joseph is the place to go!

They were very upfront about the entire process. When we spoke about cost, they gave us an estimate and let us know that the price may change as the design changed/prices of the supplies changed. Even so, the final cost of the ring turned out to be very similar to the original estimate. They were also very honest about how long the process could take, especially with such a complicated design as the one I wanted.

I interacted with Kim the most often, and she was a treat to work with. I brought in a sketch of what I wanted, and I probably spent 3+ hours over the course of 3 or 4 visits sitting with her, going over the details of the design, down to the size of the milgrain and the angle/size/exact shape of the little flowers.

Whenever it was time for the next step, they gave me a call so I could approve things in person if I wanted. By the end of my experience I didn't even have to go in because I felt like I trusted them enough to do a great job. If I wanted an update on something, I could call and Kim would let me know exactly where they were in the process or if something had changed or whatever, which I really appreciated.

Abraham is also very kind and knowledgeable. Between him and Marcell (who did the computer model of the design), I had an expert team working on my ring. I'm not the best photographer, but hopefully the pictures I've posted speak for themselves!

When my fiance and I decide what we want to do for our wedding bands, we will absolutely be back!

Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience with them. I live in the area. They have very nice pieces and I was looking to establish a relationship with them. My fiancé and I both love nice jewelry and own some very nice pieces. They have cleaned our jewelry. We didn’t get from them. I was going to buy a watch. That will not happen now. I went due to a diamond missing from my engagement ring. It never happened before. First time for everything. November 20, 2018 I paid for it to be replaced. Less than a few weeks later the same diamond fell out. Abraham replaced it. Kim said that I needed to get some diamonds tightened and prongs fixed. I asked would it keep diamonds from falling out. They both said yes and I wouldn’t have that problem any more. December 22,2018 I agreed and paid for it. Why not? Same me some time and money. Well less than a few weeks I noticed a different diamond missing. January 2019,I went in and had to pay to have it replaced. Question is why did they tell me one thing a few weeks ago and didn’t stand by it? November, December and January I spent a total of $536.25. The so called service in December was more expensive then replacing my diamonds $225.23 for nothing. Lesson learned. No more business from us. Let me start by saying that Abraham Joseph Fine Jewelry is the absolute best. The level of service I received was amazing... it was honestly like a breath of fresh air. I felt welcomed, appreciated like a valued customer and I wasn’t even spending a lot of money. Still, they treated me as though I was spending $50,000. Their manufacturing process is AMAZING and truly an experience. They created a ring from scratch for me; all I did was show them a couple of pictures and they came back with an even better design. I was completely blown away! Words honestly can’t express how satisfied I am with their work.

Abraham is so passionate that it’s contagious. Ms. Kim is extremely patient, knowledgeable and overly thoughtful... and trust me, I’m very particular and complicated as a customer. She still hung in there for all 20 of my visits. Haha. Mauricio is very detail-oriented and was able to provide insight to those details that otherwise go unappreciated. So to say the least, they’re are all top tier. When you’re looking for a truly professional experience, visit them. 5 stars easily.

Oh yeah and my now fiancé cried her eyes out when she saw her ring....
