The first time I went I called them before I came they told they could do four cornrows I pulled up came in for them to ask me to come back tomorrow I was upset for driving that far however I left and came back the following day they braided my hair and did a good job My second time I went I pulled up the lights was off(which wasn’t there fault someone hit a pole) they asked would o be ok with getting my hair braided still but I won’t be able to sit under the dryer I told them yes (I could dry it at home) the lady started then stopped and asked could I sit outside in a chair because she could see I then went and did that started getting bite by mosquitoes then lights came back on we went back in she started braiding finally I took my phone looked at my braids and told her it wasn’t suppose to look like that she said she think there cute she start on another finished then took them back out the ones that was messed up she finish I left I came in again today first off I felt as if they where talking about me then another lady was upset because she asked for kinky twist they did singless twist then she another lady say she had been there for hours just to get cornrows another girl came in they just was talking about how them her edges where laughing even though we don’t know there language everyone caught on THEY LAUGH AND TALK ABOUT PEOPLE WHILE IN THERE AND STOP DOING YOUR HAIR TO TALK THEIR VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL NEVER GO BACK AS GOOD AS THERE WORK IS I WOULD...

First and farmost, I drove from Kannapolis to get my hair braided. I advised that I wanted small box braids. Lady started braiding real small in the back but for some reason she started braiding real big at the top and sides. I stopped her and advised that they were too big. She seem to catch an attitude but agreed to take them out and redo them. By then I am really upset because I was already disturbed about the price that they charged for small box braids. I may as well had gotten microbraids for that price. Then they want you to pay your money up front and will accept only cash! No maam. I don't pay nobody money up front. Its cash on delivery for me! Another braider came in and was real nice and proceeded to help my braider finish my hair. My hair turned out very nice! It was professional looking and really neat but just that mishap just turned me away from returning to patronize this business. You cant go in and ask for a style or they try to tell you that this hair wont work for that or just plain out just seem to try to push the customer away instead of being accommodating. They seem to forget that the customer is paying them for a service so you are to accommodate what they want not try to change their minds. I called on the phone and asked how much for small box braids with hair woman told me $140 I also told her my hair was very short. She advised me she could do it. So I get there lady says $180 ok coool that’s fine. She dosent start my hair till 45mins of me just sitting there while she talks on the phone. She finally begins to braid she keeps pausing to text and talk on the phone. Her braids were very nice but she seem to not really care bout the parts which was kind of fine with me. A second lady came and started the front my head her braids were tight while doing it but she told me it’s because my hair is short but the lady who did my braids in back wasn’t so tight. I get home braids in front are extremely tight. I put warm rag I tried loosing them I took Tylenol extra strength went to sleep for maybe a hour woke up due to braids being to tight.& my scalp swelling I tried everything all over again to soothe my scalp nothing helped eventually ended up taking out the braids.
