Wingstop — Restaurant in Charlotte

This Wingstop has only been open for a month, but it’s already operating like a restaurant in its 10th year of decline. The place somehow skipped its honeymoon phase and went straight to being short-staffed, slow, and stressed out.

The wait time exceeded 25 mins past the quoted pickup time. Customer service felt optional, and the food handling process didn’t exactly inspire confidence.

They even have a big TV showing all the orders — what’s in progress, what’s ready, what’s done — but apparently it’s just for decoration. Orders come out completely out of order, and if you don’t speak up and ask where your food is, they’ll just leave it sitting in the back until you age another decade.

And as the cherry on top, I got harassed by a homeless person in the lobby, which really completed the experience.

If you’re looking for good wings, fast service, or basic organization, I’d suggest trying literally...

If I could give 0 thts what i wanted to do spent over 50 in here had to wait over 45 mins to get my food aswell as others waiting in lobby with me why when its 20 baskets of food just sitting to be put in the boxes asked cashier with the Gold hair and edges for a cup of water while I waited she said we dont have cups of water. I asked how much to purchase a cup of water she told me 2.99.. I have never and never will again I see why I just found out abt this location. The customer service sucks and I won't be spending another 50 with any other wing stop.. word of mouth sinks ships.. i will keep sharing...

First the order was online took 40 minutes after I entered to get my food no one greets you no sense of urgency everyone has EarPods in more worried about leaving the back door to smoke weed or cigarettes I believe this is a new store and the lack of care or customer service is non existent first and last time I will eat here what was the point of waiting 40 minutes and the fries still cold please check the cameras so u can see how staff acts I expected good things but when u put careless people in charge u...
