Zukku Sushi CLT — Restaurant in Charlotte

Haven't eaten here in a while & service has obviously gone down hill since the last time. I walked up to the register & 1 of the 2 male employees didn't acknowledge me at all, I told the other one standing closest to the register my order but I have to assume he was new as he didn't say anything back or type anything in, he at least smiled at acknowledged me but he seemed to be waiting on whoever is actually supposed to take orders. The other employee finally notices me & walks over to ask for my order, I had to repeat it back to him twice but then he repeated it back to me correctly. Still no one put on the order. Finally a younger female employee comes from the back & walks to the register to take my order. So please keep in mind I've told my order to 3 employees at this point. I walk around the hall & circle back after I feel enough time has passed to sit at a table right by the stall and wait. I see 1 of my items is ready but not the other. 10 mins goes by & the girl calls my name only to hand me 1 of my items, I mentioned I had ordered 2 & she looks confused they all look at each other & she says she forgot to ring up my second item....I understand mistakes happen, but I literally told all 3 of them what I wanted multiple times & they all 3 could see me sitting across the stall waiting, somehow between the 3 of them none of them realized it. And no one apologized either, the girl didn't seemed bothered & was on her phone when I sat back down to wait even longer for my order after having to be rang up again. I'd like to mention it was slow Tuesday, there was no line at all, so I can't even give them that benefit of the doubt. The sushi is good but if between 3 employees no one cares that they waisted a customers time or could be bothered to apologize or show any concern, I'm not concerned with spending any...

I saw one price on line, person told me on line menu might not be updated, then I say.. do you have a print menu.. they say yes, but what you want isn’t listed on the print menu… so I say, so online price not updated, print menu doesn’t list price of what I want.. so how do I know what’s the right price?
