Uhh, one of everything please! If you've ever been to Optimist Hall you can understand me when I say "go where the long lines are...". Papi Queso proves that to be true. Arguable, one of the longest lines in Optimist Hall and now I know why. Papi Queso made grilled cheese sandwiches shoot off of the charts.

Originating as a food truck, Papi Queso adopted Optimist Hall as their new brick and morter location. Keeping with their cheesy style and eclectic sandwiches there's a few other things added to their menu that will not disappoint.

I was with a group so we decided to grab a wide selection, divide and conquer. The sampling included: Mushroom Gruyere, Jalapeno Bacon and the Cheesy Classic. We threw in a couple of orders of fries and Mozzy Sticks. Now this was very pricey, sandwiches range from about $7.50-$9.00 however, there very unique and dang good! Everything was really good and I will definitely be back. My favorite was the Mushroom Gruyere, so cheesy and flavorful and went very well with the fries which were seasoned in truffle oil. The cheesy sandwich was a good throwback but given the price I would rather spend that money on something I rarely get.
