Update! 12-18-2024 Absolutely the worst Chic-Fil-A in Charlottesville. Customer service awful at best. They have a different standard than the others. Still not using safety seals on beverages!
Update! 02-23-2024 From A Delivery Driver! This store doesn't safety seal your drinks and when I brought it to the attention to one of managers,she tells me they all do it differently. WHAT???? CUSTOMER SAFETY SHOULD BE A PRIORITY! I've delivered in Fredericksburg,Warrenton,VA Beach and some other places and this is the only Chic-fil-A that doesn't. Even the other 2 in Charlottesville safety seal their drinks. I have posted pictures on Google so you can see how your drinks will be delivered.
Update! 02-O9-2024 Still the same! Customer Service is absolutely horrible but what I've noticed in 4 years of delivering from this place is Color Matters! People of color are treated differently!

Read moreI love the people who work here but I have received awful quality food recently. The sweet tea gallon hardly had any sweetness and was extremely water. The nuggets and fries were cold when I received them. They were poorly salted and the chicken was disgustingly dry. I love coming here but that awful experience is really irritating and makes me want to not stop back as well as telling my friends to either avoid this location or head to another location. Just wanted to pass along how poor my experience was but stress how the staff is always trying their hardest in performing good service.
Update: they did reach out promptly but the offer was for a 5 count nugget, which I find a little bit of a letdown when a company as large as chick Fil a wont even offer a reasonable amount and instead offers the absolute smallest they can. And when it’s brought to the management of the store locations attention they will debate you tooth and mail instead of correcting the issue as simple as it can be. Manger to higher upper management have a very poor customer service system in place. They should benefit from more coaching and guidance on speaking with customers and correcting simple issues. Especially saying “ if I do it for you I have to do it for everybody” and then proceed to talk over you instead of listen to you.
This location Drive through will rush you through instead of taking time to answer a simple question on if a certain condiment is in the bag. Get your food thst you pay good lineup for and the simple condiments ……aren’t in bag.
