Being a gringo I don't have a true understanding or vocabulary to explain the flavors. I have high admiration for those that offer up their culturally relevant cuisine. Especially when they do it so well!

Again, I apologize for my ignorance. I tried the "Campechano" & "Birria" meats. I did some research to see what all their meat offerings are.

I gave them 2 opportunities to earn my business after having decent food from their food trailer (Rosy’s across the lot is better though). I called and they failed to answer the phone during business hours and I went there to order. I got a breakfast burrito and it was mediocre at best.
