Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Charlottesville

Decided that I was going to pick up pizzas after an outing for my family and a few friends. Didn’t order anything weird two medium sausage and cheese, one thin with Alfredo sauce and a couple of veggies, garlic knots with the new dipping cheese sauce. It’s complaint the dipping sauce does not come with something to dip in it you have to pay separately for those so double the price. 2nd complaint the crust was stale, the hand tossed crust was flatter then my thin. Little to no toppings or sauce on any of the pizzas. I don’t usually go to this store but Dominos is my go to. But this location was awful. Plus no one had masks nor did they wash their hands while I was watching. The guy that made our pizza just grabbed the dough after working with money. That is disgusting. But I know the heat of the oven will kill germs. But still. Learn to clean your hands. Manger guy was also rude when I went into pick up the TV said ready and he said well that is not accurate. This review is for the wonderful service of this location. We recently ordered a delivery order. It took a little longer to get to us than usual (I think about 45 min), presumably they had other stops, but that wasn’t the issue. The issue was when we received our order, the pizza was cold and had been jostled to where all the pieces were in a pile in the corner. When I reassembled the pieces, it even looked like some were missing. We were pretty disappointed. So I called the store and explained the situation to Tommy, who immediately did damage control and agreed to resend us our order, first thing, and to even throw in a free 2 Liter and dessert. We got our new order (to our surprise he even sent us new Parmesan bites too from our order) super quickly and it was hot. The majority of my orders placed with Domino's Pizza are for no contact delivery. When I open the door and see a delivery person, I am always greeted by wonderful and courteous people with a smile on their face. All are always careful to place my order per my written instructions. On two occasions, my order was placed on the top railing of my porch to ensure the protection of my food. I was extremely pleased to see the initiative 👏 of the delivery person. In September 2022, I became a vegetarian and ordered cheese pizzas with veggie toppings. I love the Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza. It is so fresh and delicious 😋. That pizza really does not need any additional toppings, so most of the times I forego the veggie toppings. I hope the Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza is always...
