When we visited, they were holding a wine tasting from local Virginia wines/ciders: all of which were excellent in their own right.
After the tasting, we moved out to the lovely, covered outdoor patio to have appetizers and a glass of wine. All of the staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
The wine list is full of local, domestic, and European treasures. We tried both Vermouths and the Grüner Veltliner at the recommendations of the staff and we were not lead astay.
Highly recommend trying the Gigante bean appetizer with sourdough bread.
They have an extensive list of teas from around the world which I would love to come back and try.

We even bought 4 bags of loose leaf tea for home, 3 bags of the mint and 1 bag of the rose tea (one of the mints and the rose are for me, and the other two bags of mint are for my parents and sister). The staff was very kind and attentive and gave us recommendations for local wineries to try while we are in the area. Options for dinner, after dinner drinks, light fare, dessert, or tea and one could make an outing for almost any price point. The prices were unusually low for such a lovely wine list.
