I’m truly shocked that people enjoyed this food! When we entered without reservations on a Monday at 4:45 the “maître d” was quite perplexed and thought that we might not be seated although the bar was empty. Nevermind, we sat at the bar and truly enjoyed our drinks. We all agreed that the cocktails were delicious. We ordered the brussel sprouts to start. A nice idea but most weren’t cooked through and the flavor was lackluster. We ordered a second drink and the restaurant started to fill with smoke while the kitchen ramped up. Evidently they don’t need a vent hood for a steakhouse? For our entrees we ordered the brick pressed chicken and a hanger steak. I could have made equally good chicken in my air fryer without a brick and a dash of salt. The steak was supposed to be medium but mostly came out rare.
