I don't go to this McDonalds very much because I don't live in the area I live in Dalton and we have a McDonalds there but I'll review what my experience (and my families exerience) was there this one time. I'll have 3 sections on my experiences so keep on reading. (NOTE: not every experience is the same for everyone so don't expect to get the same service I got)
Food-we got everything we ordered which was good but it did take them a while probably because most of the workers were focused on the big line of cars. The mcgriddles we got were pretty tasty the same ones we get anywhere else. The coffee though was pretty bad we put like 5 packs of suger and it was still too strong. My sister and mother enjoyed their oatmeal they got and the orange juice was good as well. Overall it was a good meal.
Customer service- we didn't order from the counter we used this huge touch screens to order and I thought it was cool. All you do is use the huge screen to order anything from the menu and you grab table tent put the number on the screen and take it to your table and just wait for the food and you can either pay using your credit or debit card or press pay on counter option to pay at the counter. The people who ordered at the counter seemed to get everything they ordered and didn't have problems. The main problem I had is that they didn't restock the straws and they didn't have condiments you had to ask for them.
Hygiene- the place was dirty the person who was cleaning didn't even have his uniform and didn't clean well not even the bathrooms which he cleaned while we were there. The area where you get straws, fill your drink, and get napkins was very dirty too there was soda and crumbs everywhere and it was sticky. As for the bathroom I won't got into detail but if you didn't use a stall you were pretty exposed and there was no trashcan to throw away your napkin you dried your hands with and there was a few crumbs here and there. It was pretty dirty overall.
So my experience overall was ok it wasn't the cleanest and the food was good, I hope you enjoyed my review and leave a like if you found my review helpful in anyway. NOTE: certain people get sick from McDonalds and some don't for some reason like my friend gets health problems when he eats McDonalds and I dont. So if you have health issues when you eat McDonalds for some reason then I wouldn't eat McDonalds I would eat...
Read moreLess than zero stars should be an option for this place. Admittedly, I'm some kind of stupid for returning to this restaurant (or lacking time/convenient options). No exaggeration, every time I've been here in the last six months, they got my order wrong. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. A sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit...no cheese. Big Mac combo & 20 pc nuggets...I got a messy Big Mac, cold fries, NO nuggets, & a cheeseburger?! Oh, but they gave me the sauce for the nuggets. A sweet tea. That's it, just a sweet tea...how can you get it wrong?! 30 minutes and 5 attempts to get it right later (they kept getting refills from the same container, which was basically brown water) I gave up. I have a long list of bad experiences, six months worth of examples of horrible service, from rudeness and laziness to negligence and incompetance. Mind you, I've never been rude, demanding, or anything but nice and polite in every transaction, as I've worked in fast food and customer service and can't stand "Karen" attitudes and behavior. But come on! This place needs to be shut down, the slate wiped clean, and start over with all new, capable management and competent staff that has both the willingness and ability to do the job. Working fast food isn't easy, but it's not brain surgery, either. Sure, mistakes happen, but every time? And with the majority of customers? There's no excuse for this level of consistently horrible service. Corporate, or the franchise owner, needs to rein it in and make major changes...
Read morePlace has really went downhill... last 2 times I’ve placed mobile orders has been AWFUL. 2 nights ago I order 4 large drinks, park at curbside and wait 15 minutes before going in to see 3 of my drinks sitting there and all employees (even the manager) looked clueless. The response was that they don’t have root beer to fill the last drink I was like why didn’t someone come out and tell me that 10 minutes ago? Just give us a sprite for that one. It’s really simple, I’ve worked fast food all my life and do doordash so I understand how to communicate and know what to expect when it comes to customer service. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again last night hoping it would be a better experience because it was a different time of day, different shift. My boyfriend goes to pick up 1 drink 2 burgers an order of fries and cookies... he waits an HOUR at curbside because the drive thru was wrapped around to the road, but after an hour he goes in to see what’s going on and the manager was crying while the workers were taking selfies... they need all new staff or just shut it down....
