Wendy's — Restaurant in Chatsworth

To any whom it may concern. Please, for the love of god do not work here. The many issues with this place stem from the regional management. Every single one of the higher ups is an out of touch wad who walks around with a clipboard nitpicking every minute detail. They treat the staff like children and every so often decide whatever it is that we did was an affront to god and needed “to be corrected”. How is anyone supposed to take their job seriously when the management doesn’t even teach them how to properly do everything and then barks at them when they do it wrong. This establishment is also constantly running out of things because they do not allow us to order the things we need for operations. Every day I would come in we would be out of at least 3 things. And these weren’t just minor things either, one time we completely ran out of fries and bacon for the last 3 hours of the night. This place pays the least out of all the other fast food places in Chatsworth with the exception of Bojangles. Not a single person I knew that worked here actually enjoyed their job. Corporate has failed to create an environment where we felt appreciated or had any incentive to give it our best. In conclusion, please don’t get a job here. This place is a joke and not even a funny one. I would like to thank the people that made working here bearable. They truly are lights shining in the darkness that is the fast food industry. We have stopped at this particular Wendy's many times over the last two-plus years while traveling. Most of our stops have been between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm, so they are typically very busy and have a line.

In our experience, the restaurant has always been clean despite the crowds. On occasion, a table may be dirty from the group or person getting up but that is not the restaurant's fault with self-seating and sitting down as another party is getting up.

The service has always been fast, efficient and friendly and our orders have always been correct. The food quality is excellent and on par with most other Wendy's chain locations.

Food is good ? No complaint there but this is the 3rd time we have gotten home and something missing ..The last 2 times realky ticked me off because .like tonight my husband said .ease dont forget the butter and sour cream for baked potato .. again ..Again as she handed me the food .I asked did she make sure there was butter and sour cream .She said yes .put it there myself ..OK ..get home .No butter nor sour cream .OK had butter at home anyways .no sour cream ..BUT her telling me yes after I asked..Grrr.. These places ask you if the menu looks right when you place order .What difference does it make...
