Illegal Gambling here!! I decided this past Saturday, to play some pool here with friends. During our game we were harassed several times by another patron, to engage in illegal pool gambling. I reported the harassment to the gentlemen at the front desk and nothing was done. Then the same guy started harassing the couple on the table next to me, to the point that, that couple left the building completely. Afterwards the same guy began yelling at me across the room and came face to face with me, calling me curse names for not accepting his gambling challenge. At this point, I spoke with the lady manager and she said she would handle the situation. I watch in disappointment as she spoke to the guy, gave him and his female friend a hug and did nothing about the problem. The harassment continued to the point that I could no longer handle it and I and my two friends had to leave. While exiting, I expressed to the man at the front counter, that they had permanently lost my business. He apologized and said he wished he could do something but the guy and his lady friend, were former employees of CBC and friends with the lady manager. I hope someone in law enforcement sees this review and investigates the illegal gambling practices at CBC. Up to this night, I went there at least two times a week and spent an average of $150 per evening, which I will...

This establishment has very low class management and stated that they didn't have a manager to speak with lol 😂 I have never heard of that before at ANY BUSINESS & the female and male at the door refused to give me their names and handed me a card that doesn't even have their managers name on it lol 😂 it states Hula Lauer not Salena which was the name they provided me with...they apparently had let me in last night and apparently they stated that I was banned when I asked for the reason they didn't provide it, when I asked them why they let me in yesterday they couldn't provide it, when I asked for a manager they couldn't provide it...the tall male that did come speak to me clarified that he saw me last night in the facility but they all couldn't give me any information about the situation or any answers nor their names lol 😂 if you have a low quality staff who can't provide simple questions for your customers they shouldn't be working there and just letting random people in the building the owners need to look at the video security and see how I was in there last night yet tonight I was told to leave...without a reason because they couldn't verify anything!! Do a better job on how you treat your customers and fire your staff that isn't doing their job...

Oh no, this place has changed. The new front manager is super aggressive and doesn’t have any sense of customer service. Security stated they’ve had a tough night and that’s understandable but don’t take that out on other patrons. While trying to talk to who seemed to be the only gentleman who was calm the front manager leaned around him and said “He’s just security, I’m in charge” which shows she even has 0 respect for the staff. Bless that man because he continued to be calm even after being rudely dismissed in front of a patron, an experienced manager would never speak down to or about staff in front of a guest. This is horrible management and any respectful establishment would evaluate the overly aggressive “manager” they put to welcome their customers. I’ve been coming off and on for years but after this I’d rather be downtown where I know to expect such rudeness. No wonder they have all new staff and I’m sure they’ll be more new staff again and again if this is the way patrons and staff are treated.
