I support strip clubs, but Chattanooga strip clubs (all 2 of them) have a terrible reputation, largely because of this place. I enjoy spending time and money in clubs in exchange for some attention from pretty girls, but this place lets girls beg you for money incessantly. They'll charge you for girl's drinks without asking. The last time I was here, I was "nut tapped" hard by a dancer who thought I should be talking to her rather than her coworker... it wasn't an enjoyable experience.
I was hoping that after it was bought out, it would improve. It got worse. Apparently, they have a permanent plumbing issue that makes the place stink. The nude side is permanently closed. The last time I was here, several dancers were too drunk to have a conversation, let alone actually dance.
I'd love to see a nice club open in Chattanooga. This place is garbage, largely because of management.
Oh... also, what little food they have is expensive, terrible, and it takes a good hour to get to you... if it ever gets to you. And it's all microwavable. I've spent enough time and money here for a thorough review... and again, I support strip clubs when they try. This place doesn't try. They wanna put out their hand and take your cash and get you out as quickly as possible. They don't try to clean. They don't try to get your drink order right. They don't try to make you feel welcome or happy. Everything feels grimey.
There were some beautiful statues and fountains in here at one point. The fountains don't have water in them anymore, and the statues are nowhere to be seen anymore. This place is a rat trap, not a "gentleman's club".
Edit: I revisited a few days ago and spoke with Love, a manager. She spoke to me about my poor experiences at this club and my poor review here, and I thought that we had mended fences. I had told her that I would delete this review, but there's no cell service or WiFi in the club so I couldn't at the time, but I spent a little money that day and had some drinks and left. Fast forward to less than a week later, and the bartender, Ice, says that I'm not allowed in for several obviously made-up and garbage reasons. One of which was this review. Another was a nasty false accusation that she should be fired for, which I won't mention here.
So basically, leave a negative review, and it's a reason for Ice to kick you out.
I've said it before, and I was almost convinced to take it back, but now it's permanent. I don't recommend...
Read moreVery unfriendly atmosphere... honestly it would be better to have experienced rudeness than such ice. Not a single dancer, nor bartender, nor even security personnel spoke to me, rudely or otherwise. The ladies at the front working the register were polite, but the moment I stepped through the doors to the main floor, it was as if I was a ghost. This is the second time this has happened, and the last time I will ever darken the doors of this delusional establishment again. The first time I thought might just have been due to it being a very busy Saturday night. This second time, I gave the benefit of the doubt, and went on a Thursday, when it wouldn't be as busy. Busy, slow, it doesn't matter, unless you have been a regular or throw $300 on stage during a dance, you're lucky if there's even eye contact made. I literally almost bumped into a dancer on the way out, because one of the strobes hit me directly in the eye and I didn't see her for a moment, yet as I went to speak my apology, she just continued on, as if I was incorporeal. One dancer, maybe two or three, I can understand possibly having a rough day and not being the most approachable... but not all of them. I've been to clubs from Knoxville to Tampa, and I've never been treated the way I was treated both times at this 'new and improved' Diamonds and Lace. I can't give anything lower than one star, or that would have been my rating. I definitely do NOT recommend this establishment, for they believe that they are in Los Angeles or New York City, with the outrageous prices and extreme uppity atmosphere. It's Chattanooga... one step up from Meigs County, not...
Read moreArrived at 5pm on my birthday, just going to have a couple of dances before I go out to dinner, they open at 3pm, not a single dancer/entertainer was in the building. If you drink they had some very reasonable prices but I wanted to see some T&A not drink. Said some dancers should be arriving any time but I waited in my car and no one arrived, after 30 minutes I left. The manger/person that checked my id was fine but not a dancer, not into details either I think because she checked my license and didn't notice it was my birthday. I have been here multiple times and have enjoyed myself enough that I purchased the card to that zeros out the door charge regardless of the time of day, I'll just know not to make an effort to come out early in the future.
PROS: Honey/Trixie, no cover before 7pm, good price for alcohol, VIP card program to zeros out door fee, the ladies can remove clothes in VIP room.
CONS: bathroom was out of order (did have a port-a-john in the parking lot), no DANCER'S OR ENTERTAINERS @ dance club, ladies have to keep clothes on when on stage when in the section of the club that serves the alcohol (not clubs choice just one of many stupid outdated rules and regulations our great state of...
