Hooters — Restaurant in Chattanooga

This Hooters location is no different than any other one you might have visited. You will get the same customer service. My family , and I visited the Hooters in Mobile, Alabama.This is immediately with a smile 😌 from staff. Of course, the server will greet you in the traditional uniform 🥋. They are very small well fitted tops , and bottoms. They all look nice, and are out to make a honest living. It will attract you no doubt, but don't let it distract you 😊. You will receive Professional Friendly Service. A lot them will even pose for photos with you as a family, tourist, or your friends. They are Excellent Ambassadors, for such a high energy Sports Bar. It's a fun, and friendly, environment ! This Hooters Sportsbar is serving up some delicious food as well 😋. I highly recommend the boneless wings, tex mex nachos, loaded tots, and a salad 🥗. They have other delicious options as well. A lot of men hangout very true. There are a lot of females who hangout as well. Bikers love hooters , and you are likely to see some really nice motorcycles 🏍️. A lot of their customers are athletes 💪 in football 🏈 basketball🏀, track, volleyball 🏐 and softball ⚾. They all meet here. They bring the same competitive spirit while watching sports on the TV's. There are just as many couples enjoying a 😎 date 🌹. There are plenty of families as well. We are a Sports Town here you can cheer for you favorite team here. Kids are athletes as well. Kids love their menu tator tots, cheese sticks, and cheeseburgers. They know how to throw a party for everyone ! They have some Great souvenirs. Yes, they a Hugh Bar 🍺🍻, 🆔. They serve tradItional drinks 🥤. They keep it tight, in all the Hooters. If it is overwhelmingly crowded hold on. They will get to ya shortly 😉. The staff is working very hard to accommodate you. They will thank you. You will thank them. I Love 💕...

I'll be the first one to say my Wife and I love Hooters food. That's the only positive today at Hooters in Chattanooga. My Wife had been in Chattanooga for a doctor's appointment, so she called me and said since I'm down here why don't I got to Hooters and get us some wings. I said I'm all for that! My Wife went in to get the wings, fries and onion rings and at the door was a disabled vet in a wheelchair waiting for someone inside to open the doors for him. My Wife's Dad was a retired Air Force Col., my Dad was a Bronze Star recipient so we respect those who have served our country. Anyway, my Wife opened the door for this gentleman, and she had to wait a few minutes for her order and watched Hooters seat the Vet in the enclosed porch area. When she received our order and was heading for the door she met the Vet at the door, as he was leaving. She inquired why so soon, and he explained the waitress that took his beer order never came back with it and he got tired of waiting. That my friends is unacceptable! My Wife noticed the waitress flirting with a couple of younger men at a table, and she figured her tip was there and not with the Vet, who was waiting for his beer. My Wife picked up our order around 11:33 if the manager would like the particulars. I will blame the waitress this time and not the restaurant but would hope management has a group meeting and addresses this problem. I have to first say the girls working were super friendly and helpful this reviews does not reflect there performance at all. The reason I gave two stars is the girls and cool atmosphere. Now to the real meat and potatoes. To the management I find it unbelievable in 2021 that you do not have anything for someone with a gluten allergy? A large population of the US is becoming more and more sensitive or have an allergy to gluten Aka wheat barley, Rye. You do have a gluten free menu but you might as well cross off anything grilled cause everything is grilled a one big grill. No way to stop cross contamination there. I was told the fries have a dedicated frier to find out the cheese sticks which are breaded are fried with them too. 🙄 That only leaves a Salad without croutons and no meat just plain or steamed clams /shrimp. (Not this guy) So I just had my mango Lemonade and took my grill chicken salad and grill mahi mahi home to someone else because I didn't want an allergic reaction to being cooked on one big grill. I would high recommend you buy the gluten-free buns or bread and at least have a skillet to prepare food for customers with allergies. Just my opinion but you would have more customers and add more diversity so this bad economy to help your business. I saw your company on undercover boss show.
