Kumo Hibachi & Sushi — Restaurant in Chattanooga

This used to be one of my favorite Hibachi places, however, if today was representative the quality has gone way down. I ordered the shrimp and chicken Hibachi for lunch to go (11:30am). When I got home the chicken was so hard it was like little Pebbles when I called to complain the lady simply argued with me she said she was the manager but I'm not so sure. I explained to her that I loved their Hibachi and I would hate to see their quality go down but she just made excuses that everybody wants their chicken cooked thoroughly and I told her I agree it should be cooked thoroughly but this chicken was inedible. I got so frustrated I finally just hung up. I was very nice and not fussing or asking for a refund. I just explained I wanted them to know so that they don't lose customers. I wasn't fighting with her like I said. I've always liked the place but the customer service in this instance was totally lacking no apology no offer to make it right I'm not sure if I'll give them another chance especially considering this was a lunch item and I paid $18 bucks for it and when I looked on the menu it should have been less according to the online price. The portions weren’t very big. I was under the impression that it was the kind of hibatchi made infront of you which it was not. Our food took maybe 45 minutes to come out and we were one of like 3 tables in the restaurant. The food was really just mediocre. And when we got our bill we were charged dinner prices at 12:30 in the afternoon instead of the lunch prices. I don’t know why they repeat the order to you when they don’t get it right. I’ve gone a few times to give them a chance and everytime something was wrong. It was little things so I didn’t worry about it. This time they gave me shrimp in my order. Everytime I express to them I’m deathly allergic to seafood. And they STILL gave me shrimp. Their advice was to come all the way back so I could wait for them to fix it. But I don’t trust them now to jot cross contaminate my food. I’m so...
