I cannot express how much I LOVE this location and the folks that work here. I can't think of a negative experience with anyone that regularly works here or a negative interaction or transaction at this location. I recommend to everyone that asks about a pawn shop. After several negative experiences at the Rossville Blvd location, even their corporate office suggested to come here instead and just avoid the other location entirely. I can't say that I have been disappointed at all. It is about a 15 to 20 minute longer drive for me but it is very much worth it. I called up there and asked about pawning my laptop and let the person on the phone know that it had a small hairline crack but did not effect the performance of the machine and was barely visible I was told to come there and they could "see what they could do " I spent the last $20 I had on an Uber to get there just to be told that they couldn't help me and that management "had rules" against it and I had actually done business with them before and was very satisfied but now since I wasted money I didn't have taking a trip to try and help myself make ends meet until pay day I have no money to get to work and will have to lose more money by not being able to get there because I was lied to as far as I'm concerned they owe me money and they need to be on the same page with policies...
