KFC — Restaurant in Chattanooga

I tried to grab dinner at the hwy 58 location and sat in the Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes and it didn't move. I went inside to order and was told that they offer drive-thru only. If I had 45 minutes to wait in a car line and get my food I wouldn't have gone to a fast food restaurant.

**Update on my KFC experience on highway 58. I went by to grab a sandwich for lunch because I had a busy day. I absolutely love the KFC chicken sandwich but this was a disaster. I had to use the restroom and they keep the doors locked. The girl behind the counter handed me the women's restroom key so that's the bathroom I used, there were no paper towels, there was no soap in the dispenser but they had a tub of orange liquid sitting on the sink. I guess it was too much trouble for them to install it in the dispenser or have the dispenser replaced if it is broken. An employee was asleep in one of the benches when I got there but she did manage to wake up to go outside and smoke a cigarette by the door.

I ordered my sandwich and when I opened it up the bun was cold and wet like it had been set down on a wet countertop. I did open the bun to look at it in the inside had black char all over the bread. They offered to make another sandwich but I simply asked for a refund because I don't trust anything that comes out of that kitchen. All the employees look miserable and this is not a place I want to get food anymore. If this is the best the people in this restaurant can do, you have to get better people. If this isn't the best they can do, they need to find a way to get motivated. I can't imagine waking up, going to work and not caring....

I would love to do no stars last 3 times I’ve been there the wait time is terrible. Once there had been a fire in the kitchen and the whole place was smoked up and waited in the drive thru over 30 minutes and can’t just leave because of the design of the drive thru. The next time the person taking the order I could not understand what she was saying and I kept repeating myself and felt like she was doing it on purpose like playing and not wanting to take the order. Yesterday I was getting a 6pc meal deal with the 4 individual sides on my way home told the lady what I wanted and she said it doesn’t come like that and I was like what it doesn’t come with sides and that they didn’t have plates like the paper plates or the paper baskets or sporks and a guy got on there loud with a deep voice and said there are no substitutions and I said oh what does it come with he said corn potatoes Mac and cheese and cole slaw and I said ok that’d be ok. Then I checked online and you can absolutely pick your sides and I wasn’t being talked to like that by a dude for no reason if there are no substitutes it should be listed that way and not paying that price for food and not have a choice in what I want to eat didn’t ask if I wanted crispy or regular so I guess it’d just came out however they chose so I just left and the wait to leave was 20 minutes because you can’t get out of the drive thru. I have had bad services as well as bad food from this store before but I'm willing to give anyone the benefit of doubt but no more after today.I ordered a 8 piece meal with green beans and mashed potatoes withe gravy.I got 6 pieces of chicken the left the 2 legs out,the chicken had been left in the fryer to long or under the heat lamp it was tough and hard to chew.The green beans were scorched and the biscuits were half done.I called the store back and talked to the Mgr Decean and she rudely told me to come back and they would make it up.After a 10 mile round trip to and back home all they did was replacd the green beans and gave us 2 chicken legs.The staff that's works there are very rude,uncaring,and unthoughtful of people and how they not only take your orders but also how the prepare them.Like they don't want to own up they made a mistake.I had to give a 1 star because that was the only way it would let me write a review but I would not had gave them that.I highly recommend you avoid the K.F.C.onHwy 58 until they make a lot of adjustments and possibly replace the staff.we have the right to expect our orders to be correct and edible when we pay our Good well earned cash for it.This is the last time I will ever stop at this store.The store on hwy 153 and in Ooltewah I can give a 5 star rating to that's where I'll be...
