My husband and I came to Los Mich for dinner! We’re on the hunt for the best salsa in town! Los Mich has a great unique salsa option for their chips and salsa. Their chips were perfect bite size pieces too!

The ambiance is great! Clean and thoughtfully decorated with love from Mexico 🇲🇽

The food was yummy! (I forgot to take pictures, we were so hungry!) My favorite was the dorado taco con papas that my husband ordered. Delicious! I ordered the enchiladas which I enjoyed, though I feel it was missing a little something. Perhaps I’m more accustomed to enchiladas with a thinner salsa on top and more of it. The flavor of the salsa roja was great, it was just pretty thick. The chicken inside seems like simple boiled and shredded chicken. I think it would have been even better had there been more salsa to cover more of the chicken.

The quesabirrias: crispy, cheese-packed tortillas slow-cooked beef birria, with a side of consommé that deserves its own award. Each bite is a glorious mess of melty cheese and bold spice, and yes, you will end up dipping everything on your plate into that broth. The beans were not the usual mashed pintos. Truly, an amazing experience. I had the Plato de Carnitas de Puerco and it was wonderful ! The meat was tender and the pico, rice and beans were fresh.
