DO NOT BUY FOOD HERE when i got there tonight it was a guy in a yellow hoodie sitting on his phone, Who had short dreads when I walked in the store he got up and went behind the counter asked me my name as I watched him pack my pizza in the box with no gloves. He stated they were going to have to refund me for cheese sticks because they didn’t have any unless I wanted a cookie or wings. My son is a really picky eater so I wanted what I purchased I understood if they didn’t have any I was perfectly fine accepting a partial refund. Then a guy in gray came up and proceeded to continuously open my pizza in front of me which is extremely unsanitary he gave me a Cinnabon box with cheese sticks that did not look appetizing I asked them could I keep the cheese sticks and get a refund. I proceeded to ask them would you wanna buy this full price? He said he could give me partial credit in my account if I kept the food . He stated this was the last cheesesteak left ,The gentleman in yellow hoodie argue that he had to cut my pizza and that it does not require him to touch it but I saw him put the entire pizza in the box With his bare hands. I worked overtime at work today and me and my son were starving everything was about to close, This store STINKS, Feel like I had no choice but to keep this food. Extremely un appetizing, poor service, unsanitary, and poor quality food I will never Spend my money here again!!!! Disgusting employees and store. Of these employees looked presentable enough to be handling food at all. Do not waste your money here it is not even worth it. Read moreFirst time ordering from my new apartment, so a new pizza hut location was doing the services... of course the menu item I wanted they are out of, then I put clear instructions into the delivery instructions. Pizza was due to be delivered at 7pm, at 6:41pm I got my email that it was delivered but no one ever came to the door, even checked my cameras and nothing. So I called them, well, apparently you can't call the store directly anymore, kept going through a call center with foreigners... like really, for a pizza??? Finally get transferred over to the local store, I let them know the situation and they said they would remake and redeliver, cool. So at approximately 7:26 a sweet young lady comes up to deliver my pizza, I told her I had just gotten off the phone with the store and that she should call and let them know that she made the delivery... an hour later (around 8:10pm) I'm getting a phone call from a Door Dasher who doesn't speak English, and he's trying to find the apartment to deliver... I've already got the pizza, told him to keep it. He calls back, again, he can't understand English, I know 4 languages but I don't know what language he was speaking, so again, tell him to keep it, already got my food. He calls back a third time and I've had to block him. Seriously, this is what you guys went to from just a few years ago??? Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. We ordered a pizza for delivery and waited at least an hour and a half before finally calling to see where our food was. The person who answered the phone seemed like he didn’t know what was going on, so he asked his manager what had happened to our pizza. I heard her yelling loudly at him, and then he came back on the phone saying they hadn’t even started making it. I then asked to speak to the manager so I could cancel the order, but when he asked her to come to the phone she yelled that she wasn’t talking to anyone. He then proceeded to hang up on me. Then I called back and asked the same guy again to speak to the manager, and he said she couldn’t come to the phone. I asked him if he could cancel my order, and he said he didn’t know how to do that. I finally told him that I would just have to talk to my bank and have them reverse the charge, and he hung up on me again.
I ended up just getting a pizza from another place. After I’d gotten home, about 2 and a half hours after I originally placed my order with Pizza Hut, they delivered the order that I had tried to cancel. I ended up contacting their customer support team who assured me they would have the manager reach out to me in order to fix the problem, but I never heard anything back from her.
This was just an overall bad experience, and I won’t be giving any of my money to Pizza Hut again, especially not...
