For a place where 99.99% of their menu is crafted sugary coffee drinks, you think they'd be good at doing simple, standard drip coffee. I ordered a single origin drip with Half n Half on Black Friday

Considering the customer market they're targeting with their menu, this single origin drip is I'm assuming not a high volume product. What I ordered was inevitably not good. A horribly weak brew drowned out with way too much Half n Half. (Drive thru only so I could not control this). The coffee was practically a bright beige. I asked for it to be repoured but the 2nd cup I received was still drowned.

Why even have it on the menu if it's a cost-sucking product, brewed low strength with bad results?

Unfortunately, Lola Beans is a small business trying to be a Starbucks Replica. Turns out it's an identical clone, what with its sugary craft "coffee" drinks and horrible...

This drive thru is adorable and the coffee I got tasted super authentically natural. 🤎☕️🧋The service was very fast, nice, and patient. Definitely delicious and a recommended go to over and over. The golden bean flavor is 🔥!!

Update: The guy that made my coffee today handed me my coffee without lining the cup with caramel and then I asked if it had caramel as the girl who took my order repeated back to me what I ordered and that was on it. He takes the cup back and puts drizzle on it and then I drove away and then tasted my coffee and realized they also didn’t put golden bean flavor in it. When you give the top tip option and get undetail oriented service, treating me like you think I don’t know what coffee I’m tasting….I think people will think twice about the customer service experience here if it happens over n over.
