Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Chattanooga

I placed a late-night pizza order—just after 11 PM. I tried calling the number listed on Marco’s Pizza’s website over eight times, but the call never connected. Since the phone line was clearly down, I went online and placed my order around 11:30 PM, then headed over to pick it up.

When I arrived, I couldn’t help but notice that every other restaurant on Dayton Boulevard was busy—except Marco’s, which looked practically closed. After this experience, I understand why.

The person behind the counter never even stood up from their seat the entire time I was there. I mentioned that the store’s phone seemed disconnected—they didn’t care.

As for the pizza? Easily one of the worst I’ve ever had. Every slice fell apart, nothing held together, and it was just a mess.

Honestly, the empty parking lot says it all. There’s a reason places like Taco Bell and McDonald’s down the road are packed, while Marco’s sits empty. Terrible experience from...

I live in Red Bank, TN, a few blocks north of the town center, 3.3 miles from the new Marco's Pizza on Dayton Blvd. I attempted today to support the new Red Bank business, by placing a delivery order. Marco's told me I live out of their delivery area, and they are prohibited from delivering to me. Instead, they said I must order from the Hixson Pike Marco's, which is 5.4 miles from my house. I told the gentleman on the phone that the #1 reason I called was to support Red Bank businesses, and that I absolutely would not call the Hixson Pike location. Instead, I will continue doing business with the different Hixson Pike pizza restaurant that I have enjoyed for years, that is 3.4 miles from my house. I tried to make an online order and when I placed an order they called and told me they did not have any delivery drivers due to staffing however I could order off of DoorDash if I wanted it delivered. So I placed my order on door dash. When the dasher arrived to pick my order up there was a sign on the door saying they had closed early… so I paid for an order only to not get it because they had closed early … not to mention how expensive their pizzas are.
